- Rarely do reboots live up to the original series, but Hawaii Five-0 manages to do just that. With this new adaptation of the classic series, Detective Steve McGarrett and his elite task force investigate crimes against the stunning yet dangerous landscape of Hawaii. It is not only action-laden storylines that this series brings but has also given birth to a set of characters old and new, likable to some extent.
One of its high spots is the relationship between Steve McGarrett, characterized by a no-nonsense cop approach, and his partner "Danno" Williams, who furnishes comic relief against McGarrett's straight-faced nature. It's this cocktail of action and humor that bleeds into their relationship and adds a charm of its own to the series. The stunning Hawaiian surroundings further add to its beauty.

Synopsis
