Jadara University, a newly private Jordanian university founded in 2006, will be our case study. The study used a questionnaire to collect information from university staff. Questionnaires were distributed to all 450 employees of the university (academic and administrative), 158 of whom returned them fully completed (response rate = 35%). Results showed that the overall mean of Jadara University OC was moderate (3.4 out of 5), while the OE overall mean was high (3.6 out of 5). Our results also confirmed strong positive correlations between overall university culture and OE. The study recommends that top management should provide training and development opportunities for all university staff, as well as carry out future studies to further diagnose future changes in corporate culture so as to help top management trace their impact on OC.
