Spastic Diplegic CP is the commonest and it occurs due to the brain damage inhibits the proper development of UMN function impacting the motor cortex, the basal ganglia and the corticospinal tract. The impairments of spastic diplegic children are spasticity in lower limbs, ROM deficits and selective motor control problems. These impairments may limit the performance of gross motor, fine motor with limitations of participation in daily life. Improvement in mobility has been primary goal in treatment of cerebral palsy. This interventional study was conducted to compare the effect on gross motor function in spastic diplegics treated with task oriented training and spastic diplegics treated with functional progressive resistance exercise strength training. Sixty subjects with spastic diplegics were assessed for the inclusion and exclusion criteria and equally divided into two groups group-A received task oriented training and Group-B received functional progressive resistance exercise strength training five times a week for 5 weeks. The outcome measures were taken on GMFM88 (Dimension D and E) and Mobility Questionnaire on day 1 and at the end of 5th week. The result showed statistically significant improvement in Gross motor function in both the groups after 5 weeks of treatment, But Group A treated with task oriented training shows better improvement in outcome measures as compared to group B treated with functional progressive strength training.

Due to the prevailing pandemic situation of covid 19 all over the world, has increased tremendous work load on health care professionals. This study assess to find out the prevalence of burnout syndrome among medical interns.

Background : Hamstring tightness is one of the common faced problem among college students due to their sedentary life style. This influences lumbopelvic rhythm and increases compressive loads on lumbar spine. It also affects sacroilliac joint indirectly . Recently, it has been reported that there is effect using intervention targeting suboccipital muscles and mulligan BLR technique. Procedure : This comparative study was conducted on 48 younger individuals of age group 17-25 fitting in inclusion criteria. They were divided into two group by simple random sampling using lottery method of allocation. Group A received single session of suboccipital muscle inhibition technique for 5 mins. And group B received single session of mulligan BLR technique. Popliteal angle measurement was taken pre intervention and post interven...

Though there are many literatures showing befits of exercises in ANC period , very less studies are present shoeing the knowledge, attitude towards the exercises among pregnant women. Hence, this study was carried out to assess the knowledge and attitude about exercise during pregnancy among antenatal mothers. MethodologyA total of 67 antenatal mothers were included in the study, who filled in the questionnaire. The questionnaire comprised of 13 questions ( 11 knowledge, 1 attitude, 1 practice) for knowledge first 5 questions item categorical responses ( yes, no )( 1,0) and other 6 questions of knowledge categorical responses as ( yes , I don’t know, no ) (2,1,0) respectively.
