P to the A to the RTY! So yeah, V and I are having a party. March 18th. Over 21 gets in free...under 21 doesn't get in at all! Egads.
Its at our place. If you know me, you know where it is. If you don't, email me and I'll tell you. Its an open invite, anyone who wants to come is invited. We don't care. Bring your friends, bring your parents, bring your ex (if they are now single and attractive).
Anyway, be there or be somewhere else. Like you'd want to be somewhere else.

Happy Singles Segregation Day! To all of you interested in joining me for dinner, drinks, and possibly more:
Meeting for drinks @ Jillians at 5:30-6:30 (731 Westlake Avenue N, Seattle, WA 98109). After which we can either choose to eat bar food and play, or go eat at Bucca De Beppo, then go play if you're feeling froggy (or go home if you are feeling old or frisky).
x-posted in a couple other places...

It's been awhile... Okay, lets get together! I haven't seen some of your faces in ages and some of you I haven't met at all. I'd love to get together for a weekend afternoon/evening event here in Seattle in the up and coming weeks. Anyone interested and/or have ideas? (I need friends! Haha!)

12 Minutes Max - this Sunday & Monday Please forward to those who might be interested. Hope to see you there…
On the Boards Presents
12 MINUTES MAX: A Performance Exhibition
December 4th & 5th, 7pm
On the Boards is proud to showcase seven new works by regional dance, theater, and music artists in the third edition of 12 Minutes Max: A Performance Exhibition in On the Boards’ 2005/2006 season.
Performances are Sunday and Monday, December 4 & 5, 7:00 p.m. at On the Boards, 100 West Roy in the Studio Theater. Tickets are only $7 at the door (no advance reservations are taken) tickets will go on sale one hour before the show. For information call 217-9888.
The curators for this 12 Minutes Max are Theater Director, Braden Abraham and Choreographer Zoe Scofield – who will also, in the spirit of 12 Minutes Max, collaborate on a short piece inspired by Scofield’s upcoming show at OtB.
12 Minutes Max #3 showcase:
ü Amelia Reeber performs a solo exploration infusing a triptych structure within the portraiture of feminine character movements;
ü Using movement and her own experience with near death and physical fragility as examples, Dolphin Julia Trahan asks “What does it mean to be alive?”
ü Archana Kumar, from a section of a full length dance duet, performs a solo striving to touch a moment with someone through a poem, “As I walk the path, my life begins to braid itself with someone just as if…”
ü Bryant Moore brings us a medley of 3 new songs dealing with sorrow and reflection;
ü In a twisted tale of the untold delights of motherhood, theater artist Kibby MacKinnon, investigates loneliness, rage, fame and fortune as Old Mother Hubbard dreams of roasting her children in her oven;
ü Marisha Doan performs a solo dance that questions humanness as part impulsive creature, and part intentional citizen.
ü Marya Sea Kaminski, of W.E.T., creates a striking performance collage of music, spoken word and original musings.

Alright, since noone responded, I'm only sending invites to my party to people I know would want to come. I just thought it would be fun for those people who sincerely actually wanted to meet new people, as I thought that was the intention of this group. :)

the lovely superbeth and i are hosting a little bash, co-hosted by jason "the hottie potter" shaw (aka shawboy. there was a posting by beth, just to see what sort of interest there might be...and based off the numerous replies, the three of us decided to make it a go....
...however, after making the official post on her journal and that of seattlenewcomer, there have only been three responses.
we would really really really love it if y'ins would r.s.v.p. with one, or two, or all of us. that would be really sweet.

I say we drink beer! The street fair, kids area and music are FREE for everyone to enjoy! The 4th annual Brew-Ha-Ha 3 mile Fun run will take place on Sunday morning. Admission to the Stranger Microbrew Garden is $20, which includes a souvenir cup and 5 beer tickets. The souvenir cup is only available while supplies last. Access to the beer-tasting garden is restricted to people 21 years old (and older) with a valid ID. Designated drivers receive free soft drinks. Safe rides home are provided to those in need. This is a "rain or shine" event.

Just a Tiki Bar Review (X-Post seattleover30) Just a brief tiki bar review. I was warned on LJ to stay away from The Islander I believe. I shoulda listened-obv. you're entitlted to your own opinions and angry counter-arguments. I will give it 1.5 Tiki Gods out of 5. It gets that from the strength of the drinks which were potent.
Rest behind cut of course.
