Can I sign up for just one month?
Yes, you can sign up for just one month if you wish. Once signed up, you can either email our support team to cancel your account, so you are not charged beyond the first month, or do it yourself from your account section once you have logged in.
How many files can I convert per day?
A paid Zamzar account gives you an unlimited number of file conversions per day with our web app, removing the free service limit of 2 files per 24 hours. You also get more file conversions per day through our desktop app (see the table above for limits).
What if my file doesn't convert?
Should you have an issue converting your file, then our dedicated support team will liaise with our engineers to convert your file. For any other issues, you can email us anytime and our team will investigate for you.
Will I be locked into a contract?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You won't be charged for your next billing cycle, and you'll be able to keep using the account until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What are the listed prices?
Please note that all prices which show $ are USD and ₹ are Indian Rupees.
Can I pay safely?
Absolutely! All payments are handled securely under 128 bit SSL encryption.
Paypal Upgrades Disabled
