Akbar the Great, who is conventionally described as the glory of the Mughal Empire, reigned in the last half of the sixteen century from 1556 until 1605. During this period, he succeeded to extend the empire he inherited to Afghanistan in the west, and to the Godavari river in the south. Akbar was assisted by Abul Fazl, the chief advisor who helped him enormously in formulating the wise policies of governing from 1579 until he was murdered du in 1602. Abul Fazl composed “Akbarnama” a masterpiece of the Mughal
literature, describing the History of Mughal ancestors and focusing on Akbar’s own reign. Based on Abul Fazl’s composition Akbarnama, we will discuss in this paper how the Great Mughals were dealing with the West or with “Faringis” as the Mughals called them.

According to history, during the Roman period it was holding an imperial palace and the splendid Golden Gate, then in Ottoman period, it had become Mehmed II's second citadel. However, most of Istanbul visitors do not consider Yedikule as one of the must-visited places, may be because little has been done to make from it one of the incredible touristic places. The mystery, the lack of information, visitors and even settlers unawareness about Yedikule enhanced our curiosity and motivation to discover it.

Meanwhile, heated debates between proponents and opponents of the new constitution are taking place, the study of two controversial reports of TRT world and the Venice Commission of the EU would bring a deep understanding of the pros and cons of the amendment concerning about the Separation of Powers. The TRT world report claim that the current amendment will ensure concrete separation of the executive and legislative powers by giving more responsibilities to the president and keeping the parliament as a truly legislative body. The Venice Commission of EU by contrast, argue that the new amendment will pave the way to the concentration of power in the hands of one single person.

sparking questions about the ability of men to know everything. The decidability problem was not related just to mathematics but to knowledge in general. Are we able to know everything? can we surround the reality? To find the appropriate answer, we will discuss how Hilbert, Russel, Gödel and Turing were dealing first with The question: Can we have a mechanical and general algorithm able either to prove or to disprove?

Then we will focus on two different notions of equality. First one, concerns about equality of outcome and wealth, the second one highlights the equality in opportunities and human rights. To come up by the idea that a just society could not be established neither by assuring equal outcomes nor by providing identical opportunities to all members of society, but by the construction of a social order where the notion of equality primes as a hallmark in everyday life, situations and relations amounts all individuals in society.
