Ordering a single paperback of Red Planet Blues, Triggers, or Wonder OR a single trade paperback of FlashForward

If you only wish to purchase the premium-sized mass-market paperbackof Red Planet Blues, OR Triggers, OR Wonder, OR the trade paperback of FlashForward(they're all the same cover price and the same postal rate), the prices (including the cost of the book) are as follows:

For expedited parcel delivery within Canada, $32 in Canadian dollars.
(This figure includes the average cost to mail this book across Canada. If you are in Ontario or Québec, the cost should be lower. Contact Carolyn for an exact quote.)

For airmail delivery to the United States, $22.20 in US dollars.

Canada Post does not offer surface mailing for packages to the USA. The only option is airmail.

For surface mail delivery outside of Canada or the USA, $23.40 in US dollars.
For airmail delivery outside of Canada or the USA, $31 in US dollars.

[Note that these premium-sized paperback titles and the trade paperback title each weigh more than 250 grams without any packaging — so they're over the 250 gram rate, and are therefore more expensive to mail than ordinary paperbacks. So, I am allowing overseas buyers to choose surface mail, as airmail costs more than the book itself.]

Ordering a single mass-market paperback of FlashForward

If you only wish to purchase the mass-market paperback of FlashForward, the prices (including the cost of the book) are as follows:
