Die casting produced samples from five different compositions, including grain refinement alone, grain modification alone, simultaneous grain refinement and modification, and graphene reinforcement. A composition with 0.05 wt% Ti as a grain refiner, 0.05 wt% Sr as a grain modifier, and 5 wt% graphene as reinforcement showed significant improvements in mechanical and tribological properties compared to the other four compositions. This enhancement results from finer, denser α-Al dendrites and structure of silicon in an aluminium solid solution matrix with dispersed graphene particles. Lower friction and large grained microstructure also reveal tribular formation, although the tribular formed through different initial microstructure processes. The superior tribological properties demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed alloy system. Potential applications include automotive and aerospace components where tribological properties are critical, especially engine components.

The results unveiled that the application of vibration during FSP efficiently increased the material flow, which consequently led to the expansion of the nugget/stir zone and homogeneous dispersion of reinforcement powders. It was also found that vibration had a beneficial effect on the grain refining, could enhance the density of dislocations, and synchronously increased the wear performance and shear punching strength from 113 to 153 MPa. This can be attributed to the excessive increase in refinement of grain and the more homogenous dispersion of reinforcing particles.

The CAE technology is changing rapidly with advances in computer hardware &software, computer graphics, and rapid prototyping technologies.Solid Modeling is used for the communication value of realistic shaded images & also used for communicating geometric information. Solid modelling has become a core communication cornerstone of concurrent engineering. Engineering experience of CAE tools and concurrent engineering has not always matched their expectations. With the advances in rapid prototyping technologies, CAE users are surprisingly reporting that the major benefit of a computer model is that they can produce prototypes faster. However, the idea that the major advantage of CAE tools is reduced 'time to market' is being challenged by many companies. They have come to realise that while reduced design time is an outcome, a more important advantagesof CAE is higher product quality.

An augment in the concert of FMS in the thought has been estimated as a result of modifying the schedule of AGV'S along with overall machine scheduling. There is great impact on scheduling activity by various material handling systems. Hence, AGVs are one of the material handling equipment's in FMS. The simultaneous scheduling of AGVs and machines is a vital factor which increase the efficiency of the FMS. Method planning and forecasting have been playing an important role in industrial sector as they stimulus other events of working organizations. Appropriate practice, planning and arrangement structures can progress and optimize the concert of manufacturing organizations. Scheduling refers to a set of strategies and procedures to govern the direction of effort to be done by industrial systems. Of all the resources in an industrial system that are scheduled before use, the Central Processing system is the most imperative. This exploration advises in what way the differential evolution (DE) and simulated annealing (SA) algorithm module for simultaneous scheduling is connected with the competent allocation of resources over time for industry as Scheduling problems arise whenever a common and finite set of resources like labour, material and equipment must be used to make a variety of different products during same period of time. The objective of scheduling is to find a way to assign and sequence the use of these shared resources such that production constraints are satisfied and production costs are minimized.

For the availability of sufficient qualitative human resource, Government time to time changes regulatory framework. For the efficient qualitative human resource, corporate sector depends on the business as well as technical institution and vice versa. The harmonies relationship between these parties is mutually beneficial for both. This paper is nothing but small efforts towards to find out how to increase the degree of relationship and fulfillment from industry and management institutes.

Crankshaft is a large volume production component with a complex geometry in the internal combustion engine. This converts the reciprocating displacement of the piston in to rotary motion of the crank. The crankshaft is subjected to shock and fatigue loads causing various stresses are induced in crankshaft so progressive fracture on crankshaft surface due to induced stresses. The crankshaft model was created by using PRO-E wildfire 4.0 for modeling the crank shaft. Then, the created model was import into ANSYS software for static structural analysis. The stresses induced on crankshaft was investigated through a systematic force analysis in ANSYS for different kind of two materials like forged steel, steel alloy CrMoV13 with same operating condition. In finite element analysis of different materials have done static structural analysis by putting the values of propert...
