A new algorithm has been provided in this article to improve security and to specify the limits of giving special services to Internet banking users in order to pave appropriate ground for virtual banking. In addition to identifying behavioral models of customers, this algorithm compares the behaviors of any customer with this model and finally computes the rate of trust in customer’s behavior. The hybrid data-mining and knowledge based structure has been adapted in this algorithm according to fuzzy systems. In this research, qualitative data was gathered from interviews with banking experts, analyzed by Expert Choice to identify the most important variables of customer behavior analysis, and to analyze customer behavior and customer b...

Purpose – This paper explores the direct and indirect effects of family emotional, social and organizational
support on Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) through psychological capital (Psy.Cap).
Design/methodology/approach – Selected by conducting stratified random sampling techniques, 397
employees completed a questionnaire. We used structural equation modeling and multi-group testing by
Smart-PLS3 to analyze the data.
Findings – Findings reveal that all sources of social-emotional support, including family, supervisor and
co-worker support, positively affect Psy.Cap. Moreover, Psy.Cap mediates the effect of family, co-workers and
supervisors’ emotional support on IWB. The multi-group analysis indicates that all relationships in the model
are significant for both groups of males and females; however, there are no significant differences in the link
between organizational support and psychological capital, as well as family and co-worker support and
innovative work behavior between males and females. The study’s results demonstrate the significantly
higher impact of family emotional support – Psy.Cap and supervisor support on IWB amongst females
compared to their male counterparts.
Originality/value – The implications of this research highlight the importance of considering affective
factors on employees’ IWB, as well as the differences between genders in this regard.

The statistical population of this study is food and agricultural products exporting companies participating in the 27th International Agrofood Exhibition in Tehran 2020. Finally, 259 questionnaires considering systematic random sampling methods were explored by structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS3 software. The result reveals that entrepreneurial marketing affects customer satisfaction directly and indirectly through customer value. Moreover, innovativeness, proactiveness, resource leverage, and customer orientation increase both customer value and customer satisfaction positively. However, the impact of risk-taking on both customer value and customer satisfaction is not significant. This study contributes to the theoretical ground of entrepreneurial marketing literature by providing this knowledge that which dimensions may affect satisfaction directly and indirectly through customer value.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the intention of changing adherence to COVID-19 preventive health measures (ICA-COVID-19–PHM) after implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program compared to when they had not received the vaccine. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 1000 participants in the 18 to 60-year-old group population (Mazandaran Province, Iran). The data were collected by an anonymous online “Google Form” questionnaire. The Pearson correlation coefficient, intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC), and paired t-test were used to evaluate the intention of changing adherence to COVID-19 preventive measures. Results: The correlation coefficient ranged from 0.58 for non-travel to 0.76 for personal hygiene. ICC ranged from 0.68 for non-traveling to 0.86 for personal hygiene and hand/face washing. Purpose
This paper aims to investigate the link between internal capabilities, innovation strategies and export performance (EP), considering the corporate social responsibility (CSR) principle as a moderator.
Design/methodology/approach
The statistical population of the current study is the food and agricultural products exporting small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME) which participated in the 27th International Agrofood Exhibition (2021) in Tehran, Iran. A sample of 296 managers was selected, using systematic random sampling, to answer the questionnaire. To analyze the data, we used structural equation modeling (SEM) and Hayes PROCESS in SPSS.
Findings
Results show that just manufacturing capabilities affect both exploratory and exploitative innovation, in contrast to marketing capabilities that does not have any significant impact on these two innovation strategies. Moreover, the impact of both explorative and exploratory innovation on EP is supported in the context of food and agricultural SMEs. However, CSR positively moderates the impact of exploratory innovation on EP, showing it has a negative effect on the impact of exploitative innovation on EP.
Originality/value
By addressing the research gap on the link between internal capabilities, innovation strategies, EP and CSR among SMEs, the current research provides a valuable body of research that later studies in the literature can leverage or build upon.

Diversity management (DM) practices play an important role in reducing the negative effects of diversity and increasing its positive effects. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of explaining the DM practices and consequences in the top governmental organizations, using thematic analysis. In this regard, interviews were conducted with 18 HR managers and executives in seven top governmental companies. MAXQDA software was used to analyze data. The results of the research showed that DM practices include the main themes of diversity-oriented recruitment, selection, and employment (diversity-oriented recruitment planning; diversity-oriented recruitment process; diversity-oriented selection process; diversity-oriented hiring process), equal and diverse training (equality in training courses; diversity management training), performance management system with diversity and equality approach (equality in performance evaluation and providing feedback; performance evaluation in the field of diversity) and fair and transparent wages, rewards and compensation programs (fair, diverse and equal compensation; inclusion of safety, medical and welfare services; equality of reward policies, promotions and incentives; use of fair payment policies). Moreover, the consequences of DM include three main themes consequences at the individual level (increasing HR empowerment, improving organizational citizenship behavior, reducing job leaving, and increasing employee satisfaction), at the team and group level (improving group/team performance, improving the quality of team/group work ) and at the organizational level (increasing productivity; increasing creativity and innovation in the organization; improving customer orientation; preventing protests; reducing organizational conflict; increasing organizational justice).

Design/methodology/approach-The statistical population of this research is the food and agricultural products exporting firms which participated in the 26th International Agrofood Exhibition in Tehran, Iran. The sample of 296 managers filled out questionnaires using systematic random sampling methods. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Findings-Results demonstrate that the increase of EMO and IP is related to a rise in EP. Furthermore, the research finds that IP is a partial mediator in the link between EMO and EP. Finally, the moderation impact of the external networks in an association between TO and IP is supported by the data. Originality/value-This study is one of the limited number of studies to consider the mediation impact of innovation performance in the relationship between EMO and EP, and it is actually the first study, to the best of the authors' knowledge, to investigate the moderating impact of EN in the relationship between TO and IP in the context of one developing country.

The findings were presented and discussed in relation to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and UTATU frameworks.
