Hi everyone,

I've only just come across this community. I thought I'd put up a short post about my band, a two-piece shoegaze/postrock band from Australia, called 'the longest day'. We like bands like Flying Saucer Attack, Ride, Sigur Rós, My Bloody Valentine, Bailterspace etc.

We've released 3 albums, and we've posted two tracks from each on our website which you can download. You can also hear some of our stuff on our myspace page. And here's a link to a video for one of our songs from our first album (shot on super8mm film).

Anyway, no need to comment or anything, I'm basically just posting this in case anyone is interested in having a listen :)
