Any fans of the TJ's pear sauce here? Is it me, or does it taste different now?
What is your favorite Trader Joe's Product Type?
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
Bakery items (Breads, pastries, cookies, etc.)
Dry Mixes (brownie mix, cornbread mix, etc.)
Anyone here take their lunch to work? Were you able to find anything from Trader Joe's to make lunches more interesting? Here are a few lunches I do:
1. oven roasted turkey breast, Milton's white bread, pepper jack yogurt cheese, and creamy hummus
2. spring mix salad, red peppers, raspberry vinaigrette dressing, and breadsticks
3. trader joe's chicken and cheese tamales
The nearest TJ's is an hour and a half from me, so it's a treat.
I will be near one next week, and I heard something about inside out ginger cookies? Can anyone enlighten me?

here's what's been served this past week so far. R is for recommended TJs product!:
monday: breakfast for dinner. pancakes, sliced kiwi, and noncured turkey bacon (R)
tuesday: homemade pizza with volpi pepperoni topping (R)
wednesday: mahi mahi filets (R) and spring mix salad (R) with red peppers and italian dressing made from TJs olive oil and white balsamic vinegar (R)
thursday: biryani (R) and lemon grass chicken eggrolls (R)
just saw this on my yahoo homepage and had to share. do you agree with this list of what not to buy? how about the list of what to buy?
i think their produce is ok and i wouldn't put it on the "what not to buy" list.
I purchased a sack of potatoes from Trader Joe's on my last outing and was amazed to see purple potatoes! They added a fun burst of color to my mashed potatoes. I've never tried these potatoes or even seen these potatoes at my regular grocery store.
