Hello, world!
First, I wanted to remind anyone who doesn't know: I am silentflux on DW as well as silentflux on Discord and on Twitter. Although, be warned - my Twitter has as much news as fandom and cute puppies. Also, my comms have been on DW for a while - both rounds_of_kink and kink_bigbang (and zombie_fest, although that hasn't been active in a long while). Feel free to join, follow, subscribe, grant access, etc. I don't know if LJ will go down or if we'll get cut off, but I do back everything up on DW and I do check both sites. I will probably never leave LJ though unless forced, lol.
I may not be as active as I used to be, but I am definitely still around and I still read fic and try and write fic randomly. ROK hasn't been active yet this year, but I do plan to run a couple rounds.
Second, I don't know WHY fandom felt the urge to remind me how old I am now, but apparently it was the 25th anniversary of Buffy the Vampire Slayer this week. Just wow. Seriously. Wow.
Third, TGIF. I hope everyone is safe, everyone is healthy. I'm sending out love to you all ♥ While the world may be on fire, don't forget - you are awesome. Get yourself a tea or coffee, read a book and some fic, take a breather, and most importantly - be kind. Be kind to yourself and others. We all need a little grace right now.

Saturday! And it's sunny and lovely outside, my dogs are happy, and I'm feeling relatively okay despite the allergies *sneezes and blows nose*

mickey_sixx! They'll be here in a week and a couple days and I have to get the guest room ready... that means organizing my ridiculous shoe closet since I'm a shoe whore and use my guest room closet for my shoes... And washing and changing the guest bed. And making sure my laundry is caught up.
Also, I was thinking I might do some spring cleaning in my clothes closet. My mother and I often donate things from our houses, and I'm thinking it's time again to clean out clothes/shoes/purses that I don't like, don't fit, etc. Maybe someone else can use them.
I'm also still compiling t-shirts from my closet that I want to make into a quilt/blanket. It takes a while as I choose which ones to put in storage.
Also? I saw Captain Marvel earlier this week - it was fucking awesome! If you haven't seen it, you should!
Ok... I'll stop rambling now ♥
