Aggregation of direct connect platforms based on NDC, including LCC, necessitates a transformation in the traditional business model of global distribution systems. There is a relationship between airline service qualities and overall service quality and/or satisfaction and promoted NDC was and continues to be the foundation for developing new customer experience for air carriers' products throughout all retail channels, and even a tool for broadening air carrier internet sites' functionalities to all retail channels. The trend of integrating the Internet connectivity into previously unconnected "things" accelerates the demand for easy access to services via external APIs. The authors envisioned that the Tourism 4.0 technologies would play a key role in the process of evolution of the tourist industry and that asking AI assistants to book a holiday and display virtual reality amenities on a TV screen to help make an informed or inspired selection would soon be functional reality. Full implementation of the NDC standard and the necessity to integrate "4.0 technology" services in the booking processes was foreseen through the conducted survey as the opportunity for additional revenue. The utilisation of the survey's results could be seen as a starting point for uncovering and assessing features, attitudes, and behaviours in tourism industry for decision-making objectives of the various tourism companies. The paper's conclusion is stating that travel and tourism industries must explore ways to proactively overturn decades of outdated travel distribution processes, and even though the full use of ever-developing technology in the travel and aviation industry is still in the future, they must plan ahead for these significant turning points.

Most universities throughout the world had not been prepared for the new circumstances, and this ultimately affected both the organization and the quality of lectures. Universities were obliged to follow trends and implement new strategies in lecturing in order to support their students where help was most required, and furthermore, in order to maintain the quality of their experiences and education. The objective of this research was to gain insight into how students reacted to the new pandemic situation and whether they are satisfied with online teaching so that universities could use the results to adapt and conduct online teaching in the future. The research found that students considered online learning had affected their efficiency, productivity, and level of motivation in the process of learning. Apart from these adversities regarding online teaching and learning, the survey found that the students' attitude toward the implementation of technology in university education would improve the process of online lecturing and examination and enhance the present situation.

Today, information technologies (IT) are widely used in every segment of tourism, and have become its integral part. The benefits of IT usage in tourism are numerous. However, the focus in this paper is on applying sentiment analysis in religious text. The first part of the paper discusses how tourism has changed over time under the influence of IT computing. The second part presents the relationship between tourism, religion, learning and IT. Finally, the process and techniques of sentiment analysis are explained, as well as its application on religious text from five basic religious books. The results show that sentiments, such as trust, joy, fear and anticipation are dominant in the Bible.

Well-designed software has available and machine-readable application logs that can be analyzed to detect anomalies in application usage. This paper presents a data preparation technique using path analysis and Kohonen SOM clustering algorithm that can help better profile users of an application to reduce the number of cases that will be further investigated.

Therefore, in this paper, the relations and impact of developmental crises, the sense of meaning in life and identity expansion, on cultural tourist behaviour, are discussed. Cultural tourism is a key contributor to the economy (81%), social (51%), cultural (46%) and environment (16%) and is considered to be the oldest type of tourism. In order to develop attractive cultural assets, cultural activities, cultural content or customised cultural tourism products/service, the understanding of cultural tourist types, motives and other factors are of key importance. One of the psychological aspects of cultural tourist behaviour, that was not considered enough in previous literature, is the midlife crisis. Taking into account how they cope with the midlife crisis, tourists can be divided into four groups: Denial of Escape, Denial by Overcompensation, Decompensation and Creative confrontation. During establishing a new balance in themselves, finding new sense of meaning in life and extending the boundaries of self and own identity, tourists strive to see authenticity in cultural experiences, search for real experiences, learn new things, become more conscious about preserving the nature, enjoy life and contribute to the others' life enjoyment. Besides these conclusions, this paper primarily aims at comprehending the influence of tourist's developmental crisis on his/her behavior and motives to consume cultural tourism products/services.

Regarding survey chatbot, the paper discusses existing obstacles of static online surveys, and through the presented steps of chatbot design, demonstrated the ease of designing and distributing chatbot for research purposes. On the other hand, through the conducted research, which included 200 respondents from the Serbian market, research shows that chatbots are not so widely used (only 44% have used chatbot), and even 88% of respondents would use human rather than Chabot. However, through analysis of existing research that involved other markets, results have shown that most respondents feel more relaxed and have fun when using a chatbot. Still, the main obstacle, in general, is the lack of social capabilities of chatbots.

Regarding the variety of the symptoms, one of the biggest challenges is heart disease. This research has shown that, depending on the symptoms, Multilayer Perceptron Classifier can effectively decide whether the patient is suffering from heart disease or not. Main goal of this paper is to determine the proper parameters setting for the Multilayer Perceptron algorithm in order to predict heart disease with higher accuracy. However, in order to compare the obtained results using MLP, the experiment is also done using kNN, and LDA algorithms. The results confirm that recognition rate of 96.67%, when using MLP, outperforms other methods when processing heart disease data.

From the audio channel, Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients, Filter Bank Energies and prosodic features are extracted. For the visual part, two strategies are considered. First, facial landmarks' geometric relations, i.e. distances and angles, are computed. Second, we summarize each emotional video into a reduced set of key-frames, which are taught to visually discriminate between the emotions. In order to do so, a convolutional neural network is applied to key-frames summarizing videos. Finally, confidence outputs of all the classifiers from all the modalities are used to define a new feature space to be learned for final emotion label prediction, in a late fusion/stacking fashion. The experiments conducted on the SAVEE, eNTERFACE'05, and RML databases show significant performance improvements by our proposed system in comparison to current alternatives, defining the current state-of-the-art in all three databases.

The evolution of the World Wide Web, from Web 1.0, through Web 2.0 to Web 3.0 generation continues, and significantly affects the way consumers obtain information. On the other hand, tourism information systems support organisation's business processes, and integrate supply chain systems with customer relationship management. Currently, there is a gap between the implemented systems and contemporary technologies thatn the new Web generation brings. This paper explores the impact of Web 3.0 technologies and services for tourism information systems.

Nowadays, Destination Management Organisations (DMO) perform daily activities using Destination Management System (DMS). Destination competitiveness will mainly depend on the DMS comprehensiveness. In this paper the theoretical DMS aspects and possible implementation models will be discussed. Key effectiveness and quality factors of DMS systems, from stakeholders views, will be also analysed.
