The most wonderful and excellent 17catherines has started a community called vicbushfirefund, where people can auction off either the use or the fruits of their skills, and all the proceeds will go towards the Relief Fund.

This is a good way to do something if, like me, you have no skills that are directly relevant to the crisis at hand, and more time than money.
