Recognized as a reasonably cheap source of protein, dried squid is important for low-income areas addressing food and nutrition security. The study sought to investigate the interactions among nutritional awareness, cultural acceptance, financial accessibility, and health views affecting its usage. Selected from convenience sampling, 110 lowincome households in Palimbang, Philippines, participated in a descriptive, cross-sectional survey. To evaluate nutritional awareness, cultural attitudes, economic variables, health perceptions, and consumption frequency, data were gathered using a standardized questionnaire grounded in a five-point Likert scale. Participants somewhat agreed (Mean=3.11) about their awareness of the possible nutritional deficits in dried squid. Meal planning was shown to be influenced by cultural tastes; economic accessibility was scored favorably (Mean=3.22), signifying dried squid's availability in nearby markets. Factors such as dietary awareness, cultural acceptability, economic considerations, and perceived health benefits were mostly rated between 'Agree' and 'Strongly Agree'. With that, dried squid is recognized as a reasonably priced and easily available source of protein; nonetheless, intake of it is influenced by a complicated interaction of several elements. The study emphasizes the need of focused dietary education and supportive policies to include dried squid into diets so efficiently, so enhancing food and nutrition security for low-income households.

The research addresses the challenges faced by educators who are traditionally oriented and may struggle to adapt to innovative teaching methods, thereby affecting their efficacy. A quantitative methodology was employed, utilizing surveys to gather data on teachers' demographic profiles, levels of teaching efficacy-focusing on classroom management, instructional strategies, and student engagement-and their participation in collaborative routines such as co-planning lessons and sharing best practices. Results indicate a significant positive correlation between teachers' engagement in collaborative routines and their perceived teaching efficacy. Teachers who actively participate in collaborative activities demonstrate enhanced self-efficacy, which is essential for effective instruction. The findings reveal that factors such as limited professional development opportunities and resistance to new pedagogical approaches contribute to low teaching efficacy. This study underscores the critical role of structured collaborative routines in fostering an environment conducive to professional growth and improved instructional practices. The implications of this research extend to educational administrators and policymakers, emphasizing the need for initiatives that promote collaboration among teachers. By enhancing collaborative practices, schools can significantly improve teaching efficacy, ultimately benefiting student learning outcomes. This study contributes to existing literature by providing localized insights into the dynamics of teacher collaboration and efficacy within the Philippine educational context. Future research should explore longitudinal impacts of sustained collaboration on teaching practices and student performance, further validating the role of professional development in enhancing educational effectiveness.

This study investigated the factors that influenced the banana marketing chain and their impact o... more This study investigated the factors that influenced the banana marketing chain and their impact on market dynamics in Palimbang as the banana market in Palimbang was a crucial agricultural product. In the Philippines, the banana industry played a vital role in local economies, with the country ranking third globally in banana production. Despite its significance, various challenges, including marketing bottlenecks, hindered profitability and fair pricing for consumers. These bottlenecks often resulted in reduced income for farmers and limited access to markets. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 52 survey participants using random sampling technique. The findings indicated that the interconnection between marketing and production significantly affected farm outputs, often leading to stagnation or decline. This marketing constraint was crucial for enhancing profitability and ensuring affordable
banana prices for rural consumers. The study revealed that the majority of the participants were well-informed about the banana marketing chain and its determinants, regardless of the scale of production. The consensus was that these factors greatly influenced the market flow in Palimbang. Hence, the agro-industry marketing chain for bananas in Palimbang played a critical role in the community’s economy, with marketing constraints being a key element in securing better returns and fair pricing for consumers. By improving the supply chain and ensuring fair pricing
mechanisms, the lives of farmers could have been enhanced significantly. Moreover, boosting the banana industry would have had a positive ripple effect on the overall economy of Palimbang, making it an essential area for
development and investment.

This study employs a quantitative research methodology to analyze the relationship dynamics of cohabiting couples in General Santos City. Utilizing a descriptive correlation design, data were collected from 60 randomly selected cohabiting couples through adapted survey questionnaires. The study explores how cohabitation impacts relationship satisfaction and stability, addressing questions regarding various cohabitation statuses and their influence on relationship dynamics. Results indicate that cohabiting couples report high satisfaction levels, with an aggregated mean score of 3.58, suggesting that their experiences are comparable to those of married couples. Furthermore, a significant positive correlation (r = 0.323**) was found between cohabitation status and relationship dynamics (p = 0.000), indicating that while cohabitation is not the sole determinant of relationship quality, it significantly shapes couple interactions and support mechanisms. The findings align with existing literature highlighting the dual nature of cohabitation; while it can enhance intimacy and shared experiences, it also introduces challenges related to commitment and shared responsibilities. The study concludes that understanding the complexities of cohabitation is essential for promoting relationship stability among couples. Recommendations for future research include exploring factors contributing to initial satisfaction levels and developing community support programs tailored for cohabiting couples to enhance their long-term relationship quality.

resources and collaborative learning among tertiary students. A qualitative methodology, specifically
narrative analysis, was employed to capture students’ experiences through in-depth interviews. Ten
participants were interviewed using open-ended questions. The participants were chosen using a purposive
sampling technique based on the predetermined criteria. The study highlighted that students experienced
task submission delays due to internet connectivity's erratic nature. They also found accessing online
resources to be time-consuming. Furthermore, it was clear that poor internet connection reduced students’
enthusiasm and ability to participate, resulting in communication challenges and affecting the promptness
of finishing group projects. When the internet connection was strong, students accessed resources more
quickly, conducted research more efficiently, and submitted their academic tasks on time. Conversely, poor
connectivity led to significant delays and increased stress, negatively impacting their academic performance.
This paper demonstrated that the internet is crucial for a more progressive educational landscape, enabling
learners to gain more knowledge and improve their skills. It encouraged collaborative efforts between the
government and various educational institutions to enhance students’ internet access experiences, ensuring
they did not fall behind in the global academic landscape.

Phenomenological approach was used to analyze the experiences of millennials towards Muslims and the root causes of their negative attitudes and perceptions. The participants in this study were the millennials. The study was conducted in Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat located along the mountainous coastal part of the province of Sultan Kudarat. Eligible roles may include but are not limited to school teachers and staff, out of school youth, registered business owner establishments, registered farmers and fishermen, livelihood program beneficiaries of Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and Local Government Unit employees. A total of ten (10) millennial participants voluntarily consented to participate in this study. The researchers used open-ended questions through an in-depth interview to effectively get the primary data. The study highlights themes such as trust and unpleasant experiences with a sub-theme of mistrust of differences, encounter with a Muslim, and injustice; stereotyping and terrorism perception with a sub-theme of terrorist act on media and Muslims practice terrorism; peace building with a sub-theme of no equal representation, and leader's attitude; Muslim attributes with a sub-theme of traitor, unwelcoming, and audacious. These finding suggest that respondents' negative sentiments and attitudes towards Muslims stem from a variety of factors. First, there's an underlying theme of mistrust and differences, indicating a lack of understanding or acceptance of cultural or religious diversity. Additionally, negative encounters with Muslims, characterized as "sad encounters," seem to have contributed to the negative perceptions. Furthermore, perceptions of injustice perpetrated by Muslims, possibly in personal or societal contexts, have influenced attitudes. Media portrayal linking Muslims and Islam to terrorist acts appears to have played a significant role in shaping negative perceptions, reinforcing stereotypes and biases. Moreover, the association of Muslims with specific terrorist groups has likely fueled fear and prejudice. Lack of equal representation in elected positions suggests a systemic issue of underrepresentation, which can exacerbate feelings of marginalization or discrimination. The attitudes and behaviors of Muslim leaders also seem to have impacted respondents' perceptions, possibly indicating a lack of positive role models or leadership. Terms like "traitor," "unwelcoming," and "audacious" further highlight the negative connotations associated with Muslims, suggesting perceived betrayal, hostility, or arrogance.
