First order of bidniss -

per tete6871 - she's leaving town, and has to leave her two adorable kitties here in the Land-o-Cleves. They need a home, preferably together. I think it's a temporary 'kitty-sitting' deal, but you'd have to talk with her about it to get the scoop. She really needs this done ASAP!

Second order o' bidniss -

per lucretia1023 - she needs a new roommate. Here's what she wrote in her LJ:

"My current roomie and her man are moving in together (which is awesome!), but I still need to fill her space. I would rather find someone than move again. She will (or can) pay rent through September, so I have some time. Here goes nothing .... this is a very large (roughly 1300+ square feet) 2 bedroom apartment, first floor of a triplex. Walls are painted burgundy in living room, gray in dining room, violet blue in the kitchen. Large open style kitchen with ceramic tile. Laundary in basement. Hardwood floors throughout, ceramic tile in bathroom and kitchen. Arched door ways in living room. Decent sized front and back yard. Off street parking, 1 space with garage (my roomie and I just take turns). Apartment is smoke free now. Bedrooms are (I think) about 12 x 11 or so. Bedrooms have large double door closets (unheard of in Lakewood!) The place is completely furnished except for the one bedroom. Rent is $390/each per month, which includes high speed internet. Gas (heat) is on a budget, electric runs about 20-40/month. I'm ditching the cable b/c it's too damn expensive and I never watch it. I have two cats, but would prefer no more animals unless no other option. I am looking for someone who doesn't mind my night hours, is DRAMA FREE, and it basically someone who will clean up after themselves, and help keep the place up. I would prefer to live with a female. I'm not much for the whole wild party thing, b/c I'm getting freakin' old. Our landlords are ok ... kind of dumb, but they mean well. Please people ... spread the word and get back to me ASAP!!"
