Pulse is designed to guide vulnerable students toward the help they need by offering them a choice of trusted staff members to reach out to. Once selected, the chosen staff member receives a discreet email notification, letting them know a student wants to connect. This sensitive approach ensures no young person feels embarrassed or ashamed about asking for help.
