Clarence S. Edmundson (1886-1964) was a prominent track and field athlete and coach in the Pacific Northwest, and participated in the 1908 and 1912 Olympic Games as a distance runner. Upon his return from the games, Hec Edmundson became an athletic coach at his alma mater, the University of Idaho, from 1912 to 1915.
