Tried out for the team again and didn't make it. Did that keep me down? Nah. I just moved up and now I'm playing in 18U in Indiana. yay. lol. High School Conditioning starts soon. I'm looking for starting varsity catcher as a sophomore. Pretty awesome and my twin is my pitcher. It will be awesome. A pitcher for my school told me that she would rather me catch her and not the other catcher. It stroked my ego. It happens once in a while and I try to be modest but I really want that spot and take it away from that stuck-up cry baby.My fall ball went really well, we got runner-ups in the league and the only game we lost we out played them but had one bad inning. Arena ball stars on the 20th the day before my 16th birthday! yay! and yea. | | mood: contemplative We had a team meeting today, and we handed in our uniforms. It still feels weird that the season is over. It ended so suddenly. Coach announced all the awards people got. We had three first team all-county players, two second team all-county, and one person named to the all-tournament team. Then three of us were Bird's Eye Section V player of the week throughout the season. I got second team all-county, and I was player of the week on May 9th. This isn't bad considering all I did was bat all season. I never once set foot on the field to play defense, which really sucked. Now I have to worry about next year. Coach isn't even considering me for pitching, but I'm not going to give it up without a fight. We'll just have to see what happens next year.My travel team had our first practice yesterday. crazy wow..yesterday was the quarterfinals to go to states..and we lost. we were tied 0-0 in the top of the 7th, and the other team scored 1 run, and then we scored 1 run. We played 3 extra innings..and they finally scored & we didn`t score back. I`m miserable right now, we were 12-0 in section..and we beat our opponents this season 88-2 runs. That`s amazing..we deserved to go farther..but we didn`t. I`m just in shock, and some of my best friends are off to college now. This part of high school sucks | | |
