I just did a massive Friends Cut. It's nothing personal and you all are great people and I wish you the best. I am just downsizing everything in my life and trying to keep things simple. I got overwhelmed by the size of my Live Journal and the amount I was trying to keep up with. It was taking me about 2 hours a day to read my Friends Page.
No hard feelings.

I have decided to participate in the March of Dimes next year. I was looking for a charity to donate for during the Holidays and have decided to go with this one. Then I saw that there is going to be local walks around the Bay Area on April 25th. I would love to form a team or find a team to join, but in the mean time I am an independent walker.
I chose to do this because as many of you already know Elana tried to join this world when she was only 32 weeks. If it wasn't for the medical advancement in premature labor and babies, she would have been a premature baby. Thankfully with the help of modern medicine we were able to keep her in my belly until she was just about 38 weeks. Not all babies are lucky enough to make it that far along. Because of this I want to support this cause and help all mommies and babies who will have to go through premature/preterm labor and birth.
If you live in the Bay Area and would like to join me, please let me know and we can form a team. I am doing the Vasona Park in Los Gatos walk.
If you would like to support me in the walk I would greatly appreciate it. If you make a donation before the end of this month you can write it off for this year! ;)

I had my 36 week check up today! 36 weeks!!!
Baby is doing well in there, heartbeat strong, NST test went really well. She didn't do a cervix check cause she doesn't want to unnecessarily disturb it.
I still have to take it easy, but I am free to move around :)
I'm going home tonight! I'll be going home in the evening and Kevin will take me back to my moms in the mornings during weekdays so that I am never alone, in case my water breaks.
I am so happy!

I am so bad at updating!
Yes, I am still pregnant :) I am 35 weeks 1 day today. My doctor decided to keep me on bed rest since I am so progressed now. She really wants me to make it to 37 weeks now, which is May 15. But I did get permission to go to my baby care class. I haven't had any more contractions since the hospital which is miraculous. (knock on wood.) At this rate I may make it to full term!
My days are extremely boring, lots of TV and surfing the web, but not much typing cause it's hard for me to write a lot while lying down. My mom teases that I watch so many baby programs on TLC and DHC that she is having dreams about them now.
Thanks for everyone's concern, it means a lot to me to have such a phenomenal support system.
I want you all to know that I read each and every post on my FL, you all are my windows to the world right now.

-3 min when I came in that are now under control. Gave me steroid shot for the babys lungs. Will be on full bedrest. I will update more later.

I'm in labour and delivery. I went into preterm labour. Came up positive on the fetal fibronectin test (look it up :) ) plus uti. Had contraction every 2

One of my hobbies is to go to plays and musicals. I signed up for the SF Broadway series before I was knocked up. I finally got my tickets (they canceled the last show) and the 2 shows are right around when I might pop and a month and a half after. I won't be able to make either show.
I wanted to offer them to you guys before I post them on Craigslist. They are Orchestra seats in the aisle. Face price, I just want to get rid of them.
