Показана выраженная ориентация членов отделения на практику, что связано с преобладанием в его составе ученых инженерного и естественнонаучного профиля. Совет стимулирует работы, связанные с междисциплинарным синтезом и конвергенцией гуманитарных и естественных наук при решении проблемы искусственного интеллекта. CLuSTERING OF THE ExTERNAL wEB ENVIRONMENT OF uNIVERSITIES uSING A MODIFIED LSH ALGORITHM проведе... more CLuSTERING OF THE ExTERNAL wEB ENVIRONMENT OF uNIVERSITIES uSING A MODIFIED LSH ALGORITHM проведен кластерный анализ внешних ресурсов сайтов крупных университетов. в качестве исследуемых объектов выбраны сайты университетов России, сШа и великобритании, занимающие в своих регионах ведущие позиции в вебометрическом рейтинге. цель работы-в выявлении для каждого сайта университета групп внешних веб-ресурсов с одинаковым родом деятельности. проведен анализ найденных групп: определена степень влияния количества и размеров этих групп на вебометрический рейтинг сайтов университетов. The paper is dedicated to cluster analysis of external web sites of large universities (web sites that refer to universities and web sites that are referred by universities). Web sites in Russia, the USA and the UK that have highest webometric ranking in their region were chosen as the subject of the study. The goal of the research is to identify a group of sites for each university that have the same kind of activity. The found clusters have been analyzed to determine the impact of group size and the number of groups on webometric ranking of university sites. To achieve the goal of the research, the authors developed a clustering algorithm based on the probabilistic method of reducing the dimension of multidimensional data (Locality-Sensitive Hashing, or LSH). An experiment that was conducted using the test data showed that the developed algorithm has good clustering quality and fast speed performance during massive dataset mining. The main results of the research are presented.

It is shown that when creating systems and technologies of artificial intelligence, it is necessary to take into account the psychological issues of ensuring the symbiotic interaction of a person with an evolving technogenic environment. The perspective directions of engineering and psychological research using the conceptual apparatus of post-nonclassical psychology are considered.

The present work focuses on the usage of multi-dimensional 2D interfaces in the form of WIMP mode... more The present work focuses on the usage of multi-dimensional 2D interfaces in the form of WIMP models to ensure human-machine interaction of a human operator with a controlled object in an active virtual environment. We demonstrate that 3D representation of information in a virtual reality 3D interface is not enough to ensure effective activity. We identified the connection between the limitations of visual perception and operating in virtual reality with a keyboard and mouse. We have proved solutions to this problem using the methods of classical engineering psychology and ergonomics for the example of creating objects for the virtual museum of The Russian State Scientific Center for Robotics and Technical Cybernetics. We have analyzed the prospects of using multimeric interfaces to control autonomous mobile robots.

In this case, it is important to not only get the exact coordinates of data collection, but also to ensure the minimum deviation of the UAV from the path under the conditions of external disturbances (wind loads) acting on it. In the article a procedure for assessing wind speed and direction using the SPSA method is proposed. The results of simulation modeling of the algorithm's operation confirmed during field tests on an ultralight UAV are presented. This article discusses the task of group control, in which there is no traditional data packets routing. The procedure of simulation modeling and the hardware stand that implements it are described.

В рамках постнеклассических представлений о функционировании человеческой психики проведен теоретический анализ влияния механизмов сознания на обучение. Показано, что сознание не служит для отражения объективной реальности и получения знаний, а решает задачу конструирования субъективного мира, представляющего собой сумму компромиссов между субъектом и динамическими средами его опыта. Сознание осуществляет селекцию и гармонизацию полезной для обеспечения жизнедеятельности человека информации. Роль сознания в обучении в значительной мере противоречива и запутана. The emphasis is on decentralizing computing in group, but at the communications protocol layer, the network remains centralized using data routing. This article discusses the task of group control, in which there is no traditional data packets routing. The procedure of simulation modeling and the hardware stand that implements it are described.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы, возникающие при включении человека в сложноорганизованные обуч... more В статье рассматриваются проблемы, возникающие при включении человека в сложноорганизованные обучающие системы и среды. В рамках постнеклассических представлений о функционировании человеческой психики проведен теоретический анализ влияния механизмов сознания на обучение. Показано, что сознание не служит для отражения объективной реальности и получения знаний, а решает задачу конструирования субъективного мира, представляющего собой сумму компромиссов между субъектом и динамическими средами его опыта. Сознание осуществляет селекцию и гармонизацию полезной для обеспечения жизнедеятельности человека информации. Роль сознания в обучении в значительной мере противоречива и запутана. Оно одновременно является источником поступающей новой информации и искажающим ее фактором, ведет к появлению объективно противоречивой для внешнего наблюдателя и непротиворечивой для рефлексирующего субъекта картины мира.
