How to become an organizer with SpreeHaven? >> If you are already an organizer with SpreeKorea, there is no need to apply for a fb link with SpreeHaven. Participants Responsibilities Organizer Responsibilities
>> Join sprees at your own risk. Make informed decisions by going through the spree organiser’s feedback page. >> Read and understand the spree organisers’ spree terms and conditions before joining the spree. Follow the order format and payment mode exactly as given >> Make prompt payment, and inform organiser upon payment. If you’re caught giving any false transaction reference number, you’ll be banned from the community. >> Claim your items by the deadline given by the spree organizer, otherwise they will be allowed to confiscate your items and do whatever they please with them. >> Spree organizers will not be held liable for lost normal mail. Do check with the other spree participants to see if they have received their packages and bring it up to the moderators if you suspect something is amiss. >> You are highly encouraged to leave feedback for the spree organizers: Positive – you will definitely join future sprees by the same organizer. Neutral – hiccups in sprees/sales due to organizers fault, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement as certain conditions was not fulfilled. Negative – horrible experience. you will never ever want to spree with this organizer again. >> It is your own responsibility to keep a look out for updates via your emails or the threads here. Once you joined a spree here, we hope you can check back regularly for updates so that it makes things easier for the spree organizers too. >> Please do not join the spree if you are uncomfortable with dealing with the organizer. >> Acknowledgement of all payments by closing of sprees. >> Payments are calculated clearly. >> Orders are consolidated on time. >> Orders are placed and paid on time after spree is closed. >> Regular updates to spree-ers. At least update to indicate when you have placed and paid for your orders, any oos items, and when the items are shipped. >> Timely distribution of items to spree-ers. >> No confiscation of cash/money allowed. >> If items is left unclaimed/uncollected after a minimum period of 2 weeks or depending on your T&Cs (min of 2 weeks regardless), you can confiscate the item. But this must be stated clearly in your T&Cs. >> Handling charge at a maximum of SGD0.50 per participant. >> Entries are not to be deleted! Please update status of entries accordingly. Suspension/Ban >> All organizers not following the above/below conditions will be given warnings, after which suspension will follow if persistent rule flouting is discovered. >> All organizers with complaints from participants will undergo investigation by the mods, and if found guilty will be liable for suspension and ban from community
Posting Format TAGS in Posting
This community is for all type of spree/sale posts, except for selling and trading of single items. Therefore all in-stock/shop post must guarantee to have at least 10 items of each design before posting. >> Eg of type of posts allowed: Merchant Sprees Supplier Sprees LJ Shops etc >> All sprees/deals posted at SpreeHaven must be conducted in SpreeHaven. (No linking to personal journals for the deals, no linking to other communities except for SpreeKorea. You are allowed to post the link to your own LJ/etc in the spree details as remarks/links) >> No screening of comments, except for anonymous comments. >> Font size should not be too big.Font sizes are not to exceed size '4' in html mode or 'medium' in rich text mode. >> Pictures outside LJ-cut to be maximum of 350pixels, and only 1 picture allowed (no slideshows, nor other form of media outside LJ-cut). Only 10 lines of words are allowed outside of the LJ-CUT. Posts that do not follow this rule will be rejected. >> Format of heading/subject of post should be: [status] post subject; where [status] is [OPEN], [CLOSED], [CANCELLED], [REPOST], etc. Any posts not following the above headng format will be rejected. >>You must update the heading and tags of your posts to reflect the current status. >> SpreeHaven/SpreeKorea feedback links must be posted outside the LJ-cut in the below format: SpreeHaven Feedback (+0/0/-0) where +0 will be the number of positive feedback you have, 0 will be the number of neutral feedback and -0 will be the number of negative feedback. All feedback count must be reflected accurately at time of posting. >>No reposts of posting unless the spree post is no longer on the main page of the current category. This will be further explained below under TAGS. >> Tags are used in SpreeHaven to allow easy sorting/searching of posts by the spree-ers/buyers. This also means that if you tag your posts properly, the chances of interested spree-ers/buyers browsing your post is much higher than others that have to browse by random. >> Please ensure that you tag your post accordingly when doing posting of spree/sales post. >> You are able to post tags for your post at the Tags row. For more information on how to tag your entries, please refer to here. >> Tags are used to identify various categories in the community. Such as clothing, beauty products, haircare, electronics, etc. >> There is a minimum of 3 tags you must assigned to your entries: 1. Status - available tags are , , 2. Category - available tags are , , , ,, ,,,, 3. Type of post - available tags are , Additional tags available: Type of sprees - , >> By using these tags, spree-ers/buyers are able to search for the sprees/deals they are interested faster, easier. >> You are only allowed to repost your entry if it is no longer on the main page on the categories. Eg. if your entry belongs to clothing categories, is a spree and is still open. If it is no longer at the main page of clothing, spree and open category, then you are allowed to repost.
