I took some elementary database courses in university (and promptly forgot most of the SQL I learned). I'm now starting a job where they want to throw me back into the fray of database programming with MS SQL 2K, and they want me to quickly familiarize myself with writing stored procedures.Are there any books that you'd recommend for me to read to get up to speed on this kind of thing?
