About SRBase

is a mathematical research project that uses Internet-connected computers trying to solve Sierpinski / Riesel Bases up to 1030. Prove the conjectures by finding at least one prime for all lower values of k.

The project is in collaboration with the Mersenne CRUS project.
The server is running on a private computer in a VM.

The invitation code for creating new accounts is pillepalle
You can only create new accounts over the website.

Science United found a megaprime for base S859.
The prime 136*859^512270+1 has 1.502.999 digits and entered the T5k PrimePages.

S859 is now proven!

don't use mfakto beta3
Someone is using mfakto0.16 beta3 somehow but we have not setup the app yet.

The app is not using multicore and making some results invalid due illegal checksums.

Pls stop running such apps which they are not supported yet.

server restart
The host system stopped any internet connections but the server VM was still working.
