In recent decades, advent of information and communication technology as well as electronic city, electronic municipality and citizen, cheers the scholars in the international scientific community that the phenomenon of new information and communication technology can make modern management system to manage cities. Also, this system helps to stable development of cities. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of information technology in urban management and stable development. Current study findings showed that information and communication technology play a major role in management and stable development of cities. [Shohre Bagherzadeh Kasiri, Ali Zeynali Azim. The r...

In this paper, we present an overview of sensing methods based on Goodness-of-Fit tests. We discuss the performance of Energy Detector (ED) sensing, Anderson Darling (AD) sensing, Cram'er VonMises(CVM) sensing and Order Statistic (OS) sensing and we compare the results using Monte-Carlo simulations. It is shown that OS sensing outperforms ED sensing, CVM sensing and AD sensing. Next it is shown through simulations that the OS test statistic does not provide maximum probability of detection for a desired probability of false alarm and results are provided showing the regions of high probability of detection for desired probability of false alarm.

Men have always played a fundamental role in shaping the city and urban spaces, so women's needs, including the need for security, have not been taken into account when creating spaces. Urban spaces, as arenas that are the physical embodiment of peoples' social objectivity, must be able to provide the necessary platforms for strengthening the safe presence of women, because compared to men, women have a different experience of security in urban space. Pages The research method was descriptive-analytical. Library surveys were used to collect data along with a questionnaire developed by the researchers. The sample size was 369 questionnaires obtained using the Cochran formula. Structural equation method with partial least squares was used for data analysis using SmartPls software. The results showed that six social, physical-environmental indicators, accessibility and mobility, land use and utility, environmental well-being and connectivity and integrity were effective in ensuring safety in the creation of urban spaces in Khalil Ab ad informal settlement. in the vicinity. Of the six indicators, the social conditions index with a standard factor load of 0.92 had the greatest impact, while relations and comprehensiveness with a standard factor load of 0.599 had the least impact. Finally, the urban space design variable indirectly explains 72% of the variation in the women's safety variable in the Khalilabad neighborhood of Tabriz city.
