Rules in COMMISSIONS:
Usage, Crediting and other important points. :
-You're not allowed to use the art for commercial purposes.
-Do not overprice the commission art value you got. (JIC you resold the character you commissioned me to draw)
-Please credit me in Toyhou.se(if you have one-) as the artist- My TH username's AkikazeKun.

Payment: -An email will be provided when paying with Paypal. please make sure that you put "no address" when sending payment.
-No refunds AFTER I finished your commission, that's for sure. I'll refund partial if I decided to cancel your commission when I'm setting progress on it.

Capabilities and Time used:
-I cannot draw furries, old people, mecha and muscles for now.
-I DO NOT draw NSFW and fetish.
-I estimate myself on finishing the art in a month. If I didn't, it's probably because of school. So please do not send me constant reminders about art progress, you'll give me bad impressions on you as a commissioner. I will finish your commission for sure, please just give me the time into finishing it. If you want me to prioritize your commissions, please pay an extra priority fee.
-I have the right in declining your commission when I think I cannot draw out what you wanted.

Rules in ADOPTS :
Usage, Crediting and other important points. :
-You're not allowed to use the design for commercial purposes.
- Please do not resell the adopt for a higher price unless there's extra paid art for them.
-Please credit me in Toyhou.se(if you have one-) as the designer- My TH username's AkikazeKun. -If the closed species requires to credit species owners as creators, please credit them as the creator and I as the designer!
-By claiming/winning/ offering for adopts from various CSes, you are agreeing to join the CS dA group/community for updates.

Claiming Adopts:
-I can hold the adopt for 48 hours.
-You have 48 hours to reply to me during the claiming period. After 48 hours and I still don't get a reply, I'll ignore the reply.
-You have 48 hours to pay once I'm ready for your payment. After 48 hours I'll disregard your reply.
-No backing out when claiming adopts.

Payment:
-Please send the payment via the commission widget for payment if payment's via points! I will set a commission widget when you stated a claim on the adopt!
-I'll provide my email if you're paying with PayPal. Please make sure that you put "no address" when sending payment.
-No refunds for money transactions . -For art offers for Offer to Adopt Adopts, please finish your art within a month. You can ask for extensions, but only with a valid reason.Ownerships and Edits:
- I don't mind getting notified for ownership changes for off species adopts.
- Please notify me or the species owners of ownership changes on closed species adopts!
- Slight changes to the design are OK for off species adopts, but please make sure it's STILL recognizable for me, at least.
- Please refer to the respective Closed Species T.o.S for Closed Species design edits.

Warning:
-You're not allowed to use my designs on fetish art.
-Please do not simply take any Closed Species Adopts that's designed by me off species without the species owner's permission!

A huge Note:
-I will not notify on any t.o.s changes.
-I'm more strict with this T.o.S when it comes to Closed Species designs!
-Breaking any points for the T.o.S
-Breaking any points from the T.o.S FIVE TIMES after a T.o.S update will lead you to be banned from getting art commissions from me and owning character designs. -The ban list resets every tos update but PLEASE obey them for real!
