BEFORE CONTACTING ME FOR A COMMISSION, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IN FULL.
PAYMENT FOR MY SERVICES IS AN AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING:
To commission me, please contact me via email: FFCcomic@gmail.com
Feel free to email me with any questions you might have, including the progress on your commission.
I will not draw:
- NSFW
- fetishes
- gore
- racey subjects
- diaper / cub
Payment:
- Payment is done through invoices via PAYPAL.
- You do not have to own a Paypal account in order to accept payment, as I will email the invoice to you.
- I will refuse payment methods outside the ones I offer
Deadlines:
- I’ll try to finish your commission within two weeks of payment.
- If issues arise in my life, expect delays and a month period instead.
- If you have given me a reasonable deadline and I fail to meet it, a refund will be offered alongside my deepest apologies. This does not apply to deadlines that I share a concern with before the commission starts.
Refunds:
- Failure to meet an agreed upon deadline merits a refund in full. This does not apply to deadlines that I share a concern with before the commission starts.
- Refunds are available through negotiation. This is up to my discretion.
Content:
- If you request a character owned by another person, please ask them for permission prior to approaching me for a commission. If you claim to have permission, I will contact the person in question to verify this. I will not start the commission until all parties confirm permission. If I unknowingly use a character without permission I can not be held liable nor responsible for the inclusion of that character.
- Please provide references if possible, be it a reference sheet or a group of well-documented pictures. Otherwise, it will be a free form commission, where you guide me but I get creative freedom.
- I am willing to attempt mimicry of another art style, provided that the art style is not from another commissioning artist. Please document the style clearly. I need to know where that style comes from with clear examples and references.
My commission process in summary:
- You email me your request in full detail.
- We communicate, emailing back and forth.
- You will get an invoice from me via email once everything is agreed upon.
- I will get to work upon receiving payment in full.
- I will email you once I am done.
- The commission will be posted online.
There are several approval steps available to you when requesting a commission, but only if you tell me you want them. Otherwise, I will assume that you do not want them.
- finished sketch, ready for line art.
- finished line art, reading for flat colors.
- finished flat colors, ready for shading.
Each approval step can only be done once, so please take your time when evaluating my work.
I have the right to:
- decline any commission request for reasons that I will disclose. Basically, if a bad request slips past this ToS, I will kindly refuse and let you know why then update my ToS.
- use any and all commissions in advertisement form under my name and services. Commissions will not be sold for advertisement nor to third parties. All rights belong to myself and the customer only.
Commercial Rights:
- If you intend to commercialize, resell, or otherwise use the art for monetary gains, then a commercial license must be purchased.
- Commercial licenses are priced as the final cost of the commission multiplied by a variable amount.
- This variable amount is a reflection of your projected revenue, directly relating to the usage of the art that will be produced.
