The users on this list are not allowed to buy my commissions and designs due to breaking my rules, stealing, harassment or causing trouble.

Users on this list will be banned and blocked from my commissions and adopts for up to 1 month. Continuous rule breaking will result in a permanently ban and blocked.
If you wish for your ban to be revoked, you can attempt to discuss your ban via email sealkittyy@gmail.com or my Toyhouse if you haven't already been blocked there.If you have been listed here for avoiding payment or backing out of bids, I can understand and will listen to reason if it is due to an unexpected change to your financial situation, etc. but please understand that it is very inconvenient for myself and other buyers so I would like to avoid these situations as to not inconvenience others.

Please do not harass, bully or witch hunt the users on here. This list is not meant to shame anyone but taken as a precaution when dealing with or selling to them.
