In addition, this research also examines whether the existence of the variable job satisfaction mediates the relationship between participatory leadership style and individual creativity on teacher performance. This research was conducted on 80 respondents who were high school teachers in Kerinci Regency. The research data was collected using an online questionnaire (google form). The data analysis technique of this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the help of the SmartTPLS 3.0 application. This study found that the participatory leadership style positively and significantly affects job satisfaction and teacher performance. The research sample was 60 students in Kerinci Regency while the sampling technique was the convenience sampling method. The sample is the teachers of SMAN 4 Kerinci totaling 72 people, instrument is questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed by path analysis method with the help of SMARTPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study found that leadership factors and organizational culture affect teacher performance both directly and indirectly which are mediated by work motivation. The effect of work motivation on the influence of leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance is partial mediation.

The study is based on a sample of 85 customers who used ATM services at the PT. Bank 9 Jambi, Kerinci Branch. This Study approach is used to calculate sample size, and data is collected utilizing an incidental sampling strategy using a questionnaire. For data analysis, Smart PLS 3.0 software is used to assist path analysis. According to the findings, neither service quality nor trust have a statistically significant influence on customer loyalty, whether directly or indirectly through customer pleasure. Customer pleasure, on the other hand, has a positive and considerable impact on customer loyalty. This study aims to see whether the public welfare can be shaped by the culture and religiosity of... more This study aims to see whether the public welfare can be shaped by the culture and religiosity of the Public. Therefore, this research was conducted on the people of Kerinci Regency who consistently maintain their ancestral culture, namely the rice harvest feast culture, besides that the majority of the people of Kerinci Regency also adhere to Islam. So for the purposes of this study, a sample of 435 respondents was taken using purposive sampling technique. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis was carried out with the help of the IBM SPSS 25 application. The results of this study found that both partially and simultaneously the culture of rice harvest and religiosity had an effect on the public welfare of Kerinci Regency, with a magnitude of 39.3%.

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Pembangunan Kerinci. The population in this study amounted to 40 people, namely all employees of PT. People's Credit Bank for Kerinci Development. While the sample size of 35 respondents with the sampling technique Probability Sampling is a sampling method in which every member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The study results stated a significant influence between facilities and intellect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Pembangunan Kerinci partially or simultaneously has a significant influence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Manajemen Keuangan Daerah dan Good Governance ... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Manajemen Keuangan Daerah dan Good Governance terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah di Kabupaten Kerinci. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kabupaten Kerinci, menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 75 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Keuangan Daerah dan Good Governance baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah di Kabupaten Kerinci. Kontribusi pengaruh Manajemen Keuangan Daerah dan Good Governance terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah di Kabupaten Kerinci adalah 51% dan 49% sisanya dijelaskan oleh sebab lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic in the period March to May 2020. The population of this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kerinci District, where the sample of this study amounted to 150 taken with quota sampling techniques. To analyze the data of this study using simple linear regression analysis to see whether there is an influence of Covid-19 on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kerinci Regency. The results showed that covid-19 had a negative influence on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kerinci Regency, where the magnitude of influence was 4.1%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Manajemen Keuangan Daerah dan Good Governance ... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Manajemen Keuangan Daerah dan Good Governance terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah di Kabupaten Kerinci. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kabupaten Kerinci, menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 75 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Keuangan Daerah dan Good Governance baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah di Kabupaten Kerinci. Kontribusi pengaruh Manajemen Keuangan Daerah dan Good Governance terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah di Kabupaten Kerinci adalah 51% dan 49% sisanya dijelaskan oleh sebab lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic in the period March to May 2020. The population of this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kerinci District, where the sample of this study amounted to 150 taken with quota sampling techniques. To analyze the data of this study using simple linear regression analysis to see whether there is an influence of Covid-19 on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kerinci Regency. The results showed that covid-19 had a negative influence on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kerinci Regency, where the magnitude of influence was 4.1%.
