The focus of this study were (1) teacher quality, which still needs to be improved, (2) work clim... more The focus of this study were (1) teacher quality, which still needs to be improved, (2) work climate is still unfavorable, (3) division of labor is not in accordance with the qualifications of personnel who are given the task, (4) is still a lack of motivation of teachers, and (5) attention to the inadequate performance. In simple regression analysis, the variable quality of teachers has a positive correlation with performance variables and being a teacher, with a correlation value of 0.303, which means that if the greater value of the variable quality of teachers will improve teacher performance. Work climate variables have a positive and strong correlation with the variable performance of teachers, with a correlation coefficient of 0.667, which means if the greater value of the work climate variables would improve teacher performance. Likewise with the motivational variables that have a correlation coefficient of 0.851, which means that motivation has a strong positive correlation to the performance of teachers. In multiple regression analysis (together) the three independent variables have positive and strong correlation to the performance of teachers, with the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.883 and has a significant influence on teacher performance variables is evident from the calculated F value (36.617)> F tables (3.285). This shows that teacher quality, climate, and motivation together contribute significantly to the performance of teachers.

Anggaran Belanja Daerah yang tercantum dalam APBD mencerminkan potret pemerintah daerah dalam menentukan skala prioritas terkait program dan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan dalam satu tahun anggaran. Penetapan prioritas-prioritas tersebut beserta upaya pencapaiannya merupakan konsekuensi dari meningkatnya peran dan tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola pembangunan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Dengan demikian, daerah harus memastikan dana tersebut benar-benar dimanfaatkan untuk program dan kegiatan yang memiliki nilai tambah besar bagi masyarakat.

Berbagai program solutif dari pemerintah pun diluncurkan agar ibu dan anak dapat memiliki kesehat... more Berbagai program solutif dari pemerintah pun diluncurkan agar ibu dan anak dapat memiliki kesehatan yang prima, akan tetapi jika hanya mengandalkan pemerintah pusat saja dengan anggaran yang kecil dan terbatas maka masalah ini tidak akan pernah selesai karena cakupan wilayah Republik ini sangat luas dan membutuhkan biaya yang besar untuk dapat men-delivery program ke wilayah terpencil dan perbatasan. Peran pemerintah daerah, masyarakat, sektor swasta di daerah dan berbagai lembaga donor akhirnya menjadi setitik harapan solutif yang dapat menghapus jelaga buruknya pelayanan kesehatan. Cara-cara baru dilakukan yaitu dengan saling bekerjasama dalam kerangka partnertship (kemitraan) yang digalang bersama oleh pemerintah daerah, masyarakat dan sektor swasta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and discipline on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of organizational commitment and discipline on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 150 respondents employees of PT. Arief Nirwana Utama. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical and descriptive analysis. This condition leads to an increased demand of various goods and services, one of which is a reliable transport system. Jakarta's transport demand growth can be seen from trend in the number of motor vehicles. Number of vehicle increased from 7,967,489 in 2006 to 11,997,519 in 2010, with an increase in the number of motorcycles (65%) and passenger cars (51%). Active vehicle operated in DKI Jakarta that has been dominated by private vehicle is causing vehicle activity growth exceeds available road capacity, which is vital for keeping the environment well functioned. This research was conducted for analyzing relationship of economic growth and transportation system and its impact on environment particularly road capacity and emission; achieved by building transportation system model using system dynamics. Based on result of research, it is concluded that Jakarta's current system transportation is not sustained which is indicated by road density and emission reached its environment capacity.

Berkaitan dengan itu, sudah seharusnya STIE Mulia Pratama mempunyai kebebasan di dalam melaksanakan bawaan kodrat akal manusia untuk mencapai kenyataan dan kebenaran, yaitu suatu kebebasan yang disebut kebebasan akademik. Agar pelaksanaan kebebasan akademik dan kebebasan mimbar akademik dapat terselenggara dengan baik, maka perlu dibuat ketentuan atas dasar nilai-nilai atau norma-norma sebagai suatu ketentuan yang mengikat, yang disebut kode etik akademik dan integritas moral. Kode Etik Dosen diberlakukan untuk dosen STIE Mulia Pratama dalam mengemban tugas dan kewajibannya sebagai pribadi maupun sivitas akademika sesuai dengan sifat dan hakikatnya yang semenjak dahulu seorang pendidik mempunyai tempat yang terhormat, karena menjadi panutan dan teladan bagi para peserta didiknya.

Lebih 30 tahun Indonesia menerapkan dan menyerahkan inisiasi kegiatan pemajakan pada warga. Kenyataanya masih banyak warga belum patuh sehingga penerimaan dan tax ratio masih rendah. Anton Hendranata menyebut rerata tax ratio Indonesia 2010-2015 baru 11,8%, sedang Malaysia (15,5%), Thailand (17%), Filipina (14,4%), dan India (17,7%)3. WP terdaftar 30.161.673 [orang pribadi 26.918.401 atau 23,60% dari pekerja 2013 menurut data BPS (114,02 juta); badan 2.473.471], dan kepatuhan penyampaian SPT Tahunan PPh (SPT) 58,87%4. Realisasi penerimaan 2014 sebesar 91,86% target, 2015 turun jadi 83% dan 2016 berpotensi mleset Rp 218T5, sehingga pemerintah terpaksa memotong belanja. Pemotongan tiap tahun tanpa solusi efektif, dapat menggerus kredibilitas APBN dan menggoyahkan kepercayaan investor pada obligasi pemerintah.
Solusi sementara bersifat ad hoc berupa pengampunan pajak (PP). PP amat signifikan dan krusial untuk menyehatkan APBN sehingga perekonomian bergerak lincah dan dapat memberi stimulus pajak pendorong pertumbuhan dan peningkat penghasilan serta kesejahteraan. Konsep dasar PP adalah meringankan Wajib Pajak (WP) dari kewajiban masa lalu dalam rangka pindah kepada perilaku perpajakan dan kepatuhan lebih baik. Keringanan dapat berupa penghapusan sebagian atau seluruh kewajiban seperti pokok pajak dan/atau sanksi administrasi dan/atau pidana. PP Indonesia bersifat tombstone (penguburan) kewajiban PPh dan PPN serta PPnBM sampai dengan tahun 2015 dan menggantinya dengan uang tebusan (UT) atas harta neto. Pendekatan PP bersifat tax-rate-cut-cum-base-broadening, yaitu penurunan tarif (menjadi 2-10%) dengan dasar pungutan berupa harta neto yang dimiliki sejak 1 Januari 1985 s/d 31 Desember 2015 yang belum dilapor dalam SPT berdasar nilai wajar akhir 2015. Pencapaian program PP triwulan pertama (Juli-Sept 2016) berhasil melampaui prakiraan banyak pihak, dengan UT Rp 97,2T (58,91% target) dan repatriasi dana Rp 142T dari deklarasi hartaRp 3.666T (luar negeri Rp 976 dan dalam negeri Rp 2.690).

Melalui RIP ini pula diharapkan mampu menciptakan blue print kegiatan penelitian di lingkungan STIE Mulia Pratama didalam memberdayakan dan mendorong kemandirian masyarakat. Menumbuhkan kesadaran akan kelestarian lingkungan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Memberi support terhadap pelaksanaan MP3I, mendorong pertumbuhan perkekonomian lokal dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Penguatan dan pemberdayaan UMKM, serta mendorong masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam setiap tahapan proses pembangunan. Untuk pencapaian RIP tersebut di atas diperlukan strategi pendanaan RIP serta strategi pengembangan SDM dan sumberdaya lain:

2. Improvement berkelanjutan sistem penyelenggaran penelitian dimulai dari promosi, seleksi proposal, sampai pada publikasi hasil penelitian.
3. Peningkatan kemampuan dosen dalam pembuatan proposal penelitian, pelaksanaan, dan publikasi hasil penelitian untuk itu diperlukan pelatihan terstruktur dan periodik.
4. Peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas SDM dalam kegiatan penelitan.
5. Meningkatkan jejaring penelitian baik lokal, nasional, bahkan internasional.

Globalisasi adalah suatu proses tatanan sosial yang mendunia dan tidak berbatas atau takmengenal batas wilayah (the world is flat).
Globalisasi adalah suatu proses dari gagasan yang sengaja dicari dan dimunculkan, kemudian ditawarkan untuk diikuti oleh bangsa lain yang akhirnya sampai pada suatu titik kesepakatan bersama dan menjadi pedoman bersama bagi bangsa- bangsa di seluruh dunia. (Edison A. Jamli dkk, 2005)
Ciri khas globalisasi adalah persaingan yang semakin ketat di segala bidang, dibutuhkkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang mampu berkreasi menghasilkan nilai tambah (value added). Lembaga/institusi yang tidak memiliki SDM yang kreatif akan kesulitan mengikuti derasnya perkembangan zaman,bisa jadi fungsi dan perannya akan diambil alih pihak lain. Therefore, the role of the teacher is very important to improve the quality and human resources in the field of education.

In multiple regression analysis (together) the two independent variables have a positive and strong correlation to the performance of teachers, with a correlation coefficient of 0.853, and has a significant impact on teacher performance variables proved of value F count (42.572)> F table (3.285 ). This suggests that the quality of teachers, and motivation together to contribute significantly to the performance of teachers.

Badan Penjaminan Mutu (BPM) STIE Mulia Pratama, merupakan suatu wadah yang berada di lingkungan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Mulia Pratama yang memiliki peran dan aktivitas dalam berbagai bagian dari sistem untuk memastikan bahwa mutu suatu produk atau layanan yang dihasilkan selalu konsisten dan sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya. BPM-STIE Mulia Pratama memiliki peran lebih utama sesuai dengan kebutuhan Perguruan Tinggi dalam memenuhi program baik jangka pendek, maupun jangka panjang. Sejarah berdirinya BPM-STIE Mulia Pratama dibentuk dengan SK Ketua STIE Mulia Pratama Nomor 361/K/STIE.MP/Kep/VI/2010 pada tanggal 1 Juni 2010, dengan Struktur Organisasi BPM berada langsung di bawah Ketua STIE Mulia Pratama dan terdiri dari Ketua BPM, Pusat Pengendalian Data dan Dokumen (PDD), Pusat Pangkalan Data Perguruan Tinggi (PDPT), dan Pusat Monitoring Evaluasi - Audit Internal Mutu Akademik (MONEV)-(AIMA) yang tergabung dalam Tim Asistensi Akreditasi dan Tim Sistem Mutu.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and discipline on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of organizational commitment and discipline on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 150 respondents employees of PT. Arief Nirwana Utama. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical and descriptive analysis. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction. This condition leads to an increased demand of various goods and services, one of which is a reliable transport system. Jakarta's transport demand growth can be seen from trend in the number of motor vehicles. Number of vehicle increased from 7,967,489 in 2006 to 11,997,519 in 2010, with an increase in the number of motorcycles (65%) and passenger cars (51%). Active vehicle operated in DKI Jakarta that has been dominated by private vehicle is causing vehicle activity growth exceeds available road capacity, which is vital for keeping the environment well functioned. This research was conducted for analyzing relationship of economic growth and transportation system and its impact on environment particularly road capacity and emission; achieved by building transportation system model using system dynamics. Based on result of research, it is concluded that Jakarta's current system transportation is not sustained which is indicated by road density and emission reached its environment capacity.

Lebih 30 tahun Indonesia menerapkan dan menyerahkan inisiasi kegiatan pemajakan pada warga. Kenyataanya masih banyak warga belum patuh sehingga penerimaan dan tax ratio masih rendah. Anton Hendranata menyebut rerata tax ratio Indonesia 2010-2015 baru 11,8%, sedang Malaysia (15,5%), Thailand (17%), Filipina (14,4%), dan India (17,7%)3. WP terdaftar 30.161.673 [orang pribadi 26.918.401 atau 23,60% dari pekerja 2013 menurut data BPS (114,02 juta); badan 2.473.471], dan kepatuhan penyampaian SPT Tahunan PPh (SPT) 58,87%4. Realisasi penerimaan 2014 sebesar 91,86% target, 2015 turun jadi 83% dan 2016 berpotensi mleset Rp 218T5, sehingga pemerintah terpaksa memotong belanja. Pemotongan tiap tahun tanpa solusi efektif, dapat menggerus kredibilitas APBN dan menggoyahkan kepercayaan investor pada obligasi pemerintah.
Solusi sementara bersifat ad hoc berupa pengampunan pajak (PP). PP amat signifikan dan krusial untuk menyehatkan APBN sehingga perekonomian bergerak lincah dan dapat memberi stimulus pajak pendorong pertumbuhan dan peningkat penghasilan serta kesejahteraan. Konsep dasar PP adalah meringankan Wajib Pajak (WP) dari kewajiban masa lalu dalam rangka pindah kepada perilaku perpajakan dan kepatuhan lebih baik. Keringanan dapat berupa penghapusan sebagian atau seluruh kewajiban seperti pokok pajak dan/atau sanksi administrasi dan/atau pidana. PP Indonesia bersifat tombstone (penguburan) kewajiban PPh dan PPN serta PPnBM sampai dengan tahun 2015 dan menggantinya dengan uang tebusan (UT) atas harta neto. Pendekatan PP bersifat tax-rate-cut-cum-base-broadening, yaitu penurunan tarif (menjadi 2-10%) dengan dasar pungutan berupa harta neto yang dimiliki sejak 1 Januari 1985 s/d 31 Desember 2015 yang belum dilapor dalam SPT berdasar nilai wajar akhir 2015. Pencapaian program PP triwulan pertama (Juli-Sept 2016) berhasil melampaui prakiraan banyak pihak, dengan UT Rp 97,2T (58,91% target) dan repatriasi dana Rp 142T dari deklarasi hartaRp 3.666T (luar negeri Rp 976 dan dalam negeri Rp 2.690).

Therefore, the role of teachers in the education process is very central. Teachers with maximum performance, the totality of dedication, devotion and loyalty can be used as the foundation to change the face of education becomes more clear in the future. Background The researchers conducted the study because look at the phenomenon of quality of education in Indonesia is less qualified. Therefore, the role of the teacher is very important to improve the quality and human resources in the field of education.
The focus of this study were (1) the quality of teachers needs to be improved, (2) the division of labor has not been in accordance with the qualified personnel who are given the task, (3) the lack of motivation of teachers work, and (4) attention to the inadequate performance.
In simple regression analysis, the variable quality of teachers has a positive correlation with low teacher performance variables, the correlation value 0.303, which means that if the greater value of the variable quality of teachers will improve teacher performance. Motivation variable that has a correlation coefficient of 0.851, which means that motivation has a very strong positive correlation to the performance of teachers.
In multiple regression analysis (together) the two independent variables have a positive and strong correlation to the performance of teachers, with a correlation coefficient of 0.853, and has a significant impact on teacher performance variables proved of value F count (42.572)> F table (3.285 ). This suggests that the quality of teachers, and motivation together to contribute significantly to the performance of teachers.

We assess the motive and effectiveness of foreign exchange intervention in stabilizing exchange r... more We assess the motive and effectiveness of foreign exchange intervention in stabilizing exchange rate in Indonesia. High volatility of exchange rate and capital flows since the global crises have forced central banks to complement its interest rate response with foreign exchange intervention in managing domestic objectives of inflation and economic growth. Using Two-Stage Least Squares (2SLS) and Generalized Autoregressive Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) models with monthly data from January 2004 to December 2018, we find that the motive of managing volatility of exchange rate is more visible than of managing the exchange rate changes and its misalignment to its fundamental level. We also find that foreign exchange rate intervention has been effective in Indonesia for managing exchange rate in both volatility and its misalignment to the fundamental levels. The results of this paper provide evidences of the efficacy of foreign exchange intervention in dealing with monetary policy trilemma in small-open economy.

In simple regression analysis, the variable quality of teachers has a positive correlation with performance variables and being a teacher, with a correlation value of 0.303, which means that if the greater value of the variable quality of teachers will improve teacher performance. Work climate variables have a positive and strong correlation with the variable performance of teachers, with a correlation coefficient of 0.667, which means if the greater value of the work climate variables would improve teacher performance. Likewise with the motivational variables that have a correlation coefficient of 0.851, which means that motivation has a strong positive correlation to the performance of teachers. In multiple regression analysis (together) the three independent variables have positive and strong correlation to the performance of teachers, with the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.883 and has a significant influence on teacher performance variables is evident from the calculated F value (36.617)> F tables (3.285). The results showed during the years 2012 to 2014 toll revenues and operating expenses affect the operating profit of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch Jakarta-Cikampek. This research was conducted in CV Gapici Junior Bag, which is located at Jl. Raya Pengilingan, PIK Blok A No. 155, Cakung, East Jakarta.
The data used in this study was taken from the financial statements of the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement as supporting data and other documents related to the study. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis method used is quantitative and descriptive analysis method.
The results of analysis of this study showed that the smoothness of reception receivables and debt payments can affect cash flows. This means that if the larger receivables received the greater the cash to be received by the company, and vice versa if the smaller the receivables accepted then the less the cash to be received by the company. And also with the amount of debt payments, if the larger debt payments the greater the cash spent by the company, and vice versa smaller debt payments then the less the cash spent by the company. Therefore, reception receivables and debt payments can affect cash flows.

Banking business competition, especially in order to raise funds in the last decade by full promotion of the competition and lower interest rates which are all aimed at maintaining and improving the collection of public funds acquisition. This research aims to determine the BPR strategy to improve the collection of public funds by implementing promotional strategies. This is evidenced by the increased spending on promotional costs and lower interest rates which followed the increase in collection of public funds in the bank from year to year. In this research, using primary data obtained from PT. BPR X in Bekasi. To determine the effect of promotional costs and lower interest rates on the collection of public funds in the bank, using multiple linear regression analysis. Where is the independence variable X1 (promotional fee) and X2 (Bank Interest Rate) while the dependent variable is Y (the collection of Community Fund). Furthermore, to determine the marketing strategy used SWOT analysis approach. (Treath, Opportunity, Weakness and Strenght). And computer calculations using SPSS software version 9 shows that the costs of promotion (X1) and bank interest rates (X2) showed a significant effect on collection of public funds (Y). Based on the SWOT analysis of PT. BPR X in Bekasi can choose an alternative strategy that uses the power and take advantage of the maximum opportunities by improved customer service and increased networking to reach potential markets and conduct direct sale (door to door). From the results of analysis known that raw materials and direct labor have a relationship and influence on the cost of production, because both an important component in determining the cost of production. This study was conducted to determine the contribution of tax revenue and the disbursement of tax receivables of the tax revenue target.
This research was conducted at the Tax Office Pratama Bekasi Utara is located at Jl. Sersan Aswam No. 407 Margahayu Bekasi. Data collection methods used in this study is a literature study, field study consisting of observation, interview and documentation.
Results of the analysis showed that the contribution of tax revenue and the disbursement of tax arrears against the target of tax revenue has increased and decreased every year, by the year 2013 amounted to 102.18% contribution to financial performance criteria rated as excellent. In 2014 the contribution amounted to 81.85% of performance criteria rated excellent. And in 2015 its contribution of 86.95% performance criteria rated as excellent. The average contribution is equal to 89.99% and its financial performance criteria rated as excellent.
Thus the financial performance criteria Tax Office Pratama Bekasi Utara rated excellent. KPP Pratama Bekasi Utara was expected to be able to sustain or increase more potential tax revenue for the progress of national development.

This study aimed o clarify whether the variable promotion and distribution channel significantly ... more This study aimed o clarify whether the variable promotion and distribution channel significantly affect the increase of sales at PT NSK Bearings Maufacuring Indonesia as well as to determine which variables are the dominant influence between the two variables Promotion and distribution channels to increase sales at PT NSK Bearings Manufacturing Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Quantitative Methods and descriptive method that uses a formula that five Regression Analysis, CorrelationAnalysis, Testt-test, f-test test test and coefficient of determination(R2). And seen from the results of analysis using multiple linear regression coefficient, obtained a value of: Ye=14.86+0.38X1+0.24X2.
The conclusion of the analysis using multiple linear regression coefficient formula is when the promotion (X1 = 0) is not effected and the provision of distribution channels (X2 = 0) is not improved, the level of sales can be achieved only 14.86 units. Meanwhile, if the promotion of increased effectiveness of 65 units (X1 = 65) will result in sales increased by 24.7 units, assuming provision of fixed distribution channels (X2 = 0). Furthermore, if the administration of distribution channels increased by 64 units (X2 = 64) will increase unit sales by 15:36 with the assumption that the provision of promotional equipment (X1 = 0). Then the linear correlation coefficient (Ry12) obtained a value of 0.78. These results indicate that there is a strong and positive correlation between promotion and distribution channels to increase sales at PT NSK Bearings Manufaturing Indonesia. Mean while the results of the coefficient of determination can be seen that the contribution of the promotion and distribution channels to increase sales at PT NSK Bearings Manufacturing Indonesia was 60.84% and the remaining 39.16% affected by other factors, namely a clean and comfortable environment, adequate supporting facilities for customers and good management procedures. Thus it can be concluded that the promotion dna distribution channel is a powerful and positive effect on increasing sales at PT NSK Bearings Manufacturing Indonesia
After that, based on the results of the hypothesis states that the promotion of the resultst arithmrtic (6.1878) > t tablevalue (2,048) and distribution channels t arithmetic (6003) > t table value (2,048). The conclusion was that both results are acceptable according hypothesis writer. If both are tested simultaneously using the formula F test result f arithmetic (27.1) > f table value (3:35) which can be justified and acceptable under the hypothesis.

Karena sebagian besar sumber dana (kas) perusahaan berasal dari penagihan atau penerimaan dari piutang usaha atau penjualan secara kredit. Oleh karena itu, kondisi keuangan (kas) perusahaan perlu diatur agar kas tidak mengalami defisit, untuk itu perlu dibuat rencana penerimaan dan pengeluaran yang tepat. Selain itu, agar piutang usaha dapat diterima dengan tepat waktu dan untuk menilai ketepatan waktu penerimaan piutang tersebut, maka perusahaan harus dapat mengelola dan mengontrol piutang usaha dengan memonitornya melalui daftar umum piutang (aging schedule) yang telah dibuat perusahaan secara teratur.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh piutang dan pengaruh hutang terhadap penyajian laporan keuangan di Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak, yang berdomisili di Jl. Raya Cilandak KKO Pasar Minggu Jakarta. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari laporan keuangan serta dokumen-dokumen lain yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan piutang dan hutang berpengaruh terhadap penyajian laporan keuangan pada Rumah Sakit Merinir Cilandak, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kenaikan piutang dan hutang yang terjadi di Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak sehingga mempengaruhi arus kas Rumah Sakit yang berakibat pada laporan keuangan.

sectors of life. For Indonesia, the management and utilization of energy will
determine the likely existence as a nation forward in the future.
This research used a quantitative methodology which is the chosen method is system
dynamic simulation. The system dynamic model is the shape and energy utilization
in Indonesia in order to achieve a degree of energy security with complex variables
covering economic, social and environmental as well. The model simulation
investigates the implications the use of fuel to the economy and how to find a model
of low-carbon energy sustainability in the energy mix policy in Indonesia.
The model explores the relationship between population, fuel consumption, fuel
production, fuel import, and emissions resulting from the use of fuel. This model will
be used as the basis for the simulation scenario of Business As Usual (Base case) so
that the visible trend of each variable and how interventions should be done. The
interventions that are chosen namely structural intervention where included gas and
geothermal as the additional energy resources. Then, Hypothesis that would be tested
in this research is the reduction of CO2 emission and fossil fuel import as the
feedback of energy mix policy.
The result shows that mix energy policy is able to reduce the CO2 emission at least
9% in average along the simulation period. In other hand the import of fossil fuel
import can be reduced averagely up to 27%. Therefore, the mix energy policy is
strongly feasible to be implemented and developed in the future.

The results showed that the purchase of materials and project receivables effect on cash flow in PT Elga Utama Abadi, the magnitude of the effect, ie the purchase of materials by 60.74% or an average of Rp.4.274.612.794,67dan project receivables amounted to 83.15% or an average of Rp.5.851.768.469,67. The rest of the company's cash receipts are influenced by other factors beyond the purchase of materials and project receivables, which are not addressed in this study. Therefore, the purchase of materials and project receivables greatly affect the company's cash flow, especially to the operations of the company.

In conducting the study authors use financial statements consisting of the balance sheet and income statement as the basis for calculation in doing research. The author tries to compare the Income Tax Article 23 recognition of distinguished services which according to the company, according to research in the calculation of taxes and its effects on the net profit of the company. The results of research conducted, show that loads in the income statement are not all is the object of the Income Tax Article 23. And the existence of differences in the recognition of Income Tax Article 23 against the burden of being the object of Income Tax Article 23 which can affect the amount of taxable income and taxes payable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berp... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT MUGI serta untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang berpengaruh secara dominan diantara dua variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT MUGI. Sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling yaitu dengan memilih langsung seluruh karyawan sebanyak 30 orang.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak – pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada karyawan yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dan Metode Kuantitatif yang menggunakan lima rumus yaitu Analisa Regresi Berganda, Analisa Korelasi Berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamasama Kepuasan kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT MUGI dibuktikan oleh hasil penelitian yaitu :Kepuasan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Mugi. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan koefisien regresi linear berganda, diperoleh nilai sebesar:Ye= 22,27 - 0,55 X1 + 0,12 X2. Kesimpulan dari analisis dengan menggunakan rumus koefisien regresi linear berganda adalah bila kepuasan kerja (X1=0) tidak di efektifkan dan pemberian motivasi kerja (X2 = 0) tidak ditingkatkan, maka tingkat kinerja karyawan yang dapat dicapai hanya 22,27 satuan. Sedangkan apabila kepuasan kerja ditingkatkan efektivitasnya sebesar 100 satuan (X1=100) akan mengakibatkan kinerja karyawan meningkat sebesar 55 satuan dengan asumsi pemberian motivasi kerja tetap (X2=0). Selanjutnya apabila pemberianmotivasi kerja bertambah sebesar 100 satuan (X2=100) akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 12 satuan dengan asumsi pemberian kepuasan kerja tetap (X1=0). Kemudian nilai koefisien korelasi antara kepuasan kerja (X1) dan kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,23. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yangpositif antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan dan nilai koefisien korelasi antaramotivasi kerja (X2) dan kinerja (Y) sebesar 0,47. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya kontribusi Kepuasan kerja dan Motivasi kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja adalah 25% dan sisanya 75% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain.Dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja adalah berpengaruh positif pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT Mugi.

Anggaran Belanja Daerah yang tercantum dalam APBD mencerminkan potret pemerintah daerah dalam menentukan skala prioritas terkait program dan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan dalam satu tahun anggaran. Penetapan prioritas-prioritas tersebut beserta upaya pencapaiannya merupakan konsekuensi dari meningkatnya peran dan tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola pembangunan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Dengan demikian, daerah harus memastikan dana tersebut benar-benar dimanfaatkan untuk program dan kegiatan yang memiliki nilai tambah besar bagi masyarakat.
Pelaksanaan APBD DKI Jakarta tahun 2015 menarik untuk dianalisis dan dikaji lebih jauh terkait dampaknya terhadap Perekonomian DKI Jakarta. Hal mendasar yang perlu dicermati adalah penggunaan pagu anggaran tahun 2014 untuk pelaksanaan APBD DKI tahun 2015, hal ini merupakan kali pertama dalam sejarah pemerintahan daerah DKI Jakarta dalam pelaksanaan APBD.
Pendapatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2014 menurun signifikan dibandingkan dengan tahun 2013. Realisasi pendapatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta tercatat sekitar Rp.46 triliun atau sebesar 70,7% dari total target pendapatan sebesar Rp. 65 triliun. Adapun persentase realisasi pendapatan daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dari tiga sumber utama, yakni Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Pendapatan transfer, dan Pendapatan lain-lain yang sah, juga lebih rendah daripada capaian tiga tahun terakhir.
Pendapatan daerah dari sisi PAD juga tidak mencapai targetnya. Total PAD Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2014 hanya tercapai 82,7% dari target. Penurunan PAD sangat terkait dengan perlambatan perekonomian yang tercermin dari penurunan capaian restribusi dan pajak. Penerimaan restribusi sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan targetnya, yakni hanya mencapai 28,9% yang ditengarai juga terkait dengan berbagai kendala teknis baik dalam mekanisme pemungutan maupun pengawasan. Sementara itu, realisasi pajak daerah hanya mencapai 83,2%, jauh di bawah realisasi pada tahun sebelumnya yang berada di atas target. Meski realisasi PAD jauh di bawah targetnya, pangsa PAD terhadap total pendapatan pada 2014 sedikit meningkat menjadi 71,5%. Adapun rasio pajak daerah juga menurun, dari 2,7% pada tahun 2013 menjadi 2,1% pada tahun 2014.

Comprehensive sustainability assessments are needed across all stages of battery production. This review employed the ROSES framework to analyze 40 Scopus-indexed research papers systematically. Extracted indicators are categorized by the STEEP (Sociocultural, Technological, Economic, Environmental, and Political-Legal) dimensions. The dual approach identifies critical sustainability gaps and examines the interplay between these dimensions. By mapping each indicator to a specific lifecycle stage—ranging from raw material extraction to end-of-life disposal—the review highlights critical stages for improving sustainability in EV battery production. The study uncovers complex relationships between sustainability factors and establishes a comprehensive framework to address these challenges. As a result, it provides policymakers, industry leaders, and researchers with a solid foundation for developing informed strategies to enhance the sustainability of EV battery production.

This type of research uses primary data collection method which is field research which is conducted with direct observations (observations), interviews and using a list of questions (questionnaires).
The results of the study showed that partially competence and motivation have a strong and positive effect on performance judging by the results of the analysis of multiple regression coefficients are Y = 0.199 + 0.229 (X1) + 0.778 (X2 ) means if competence and motivation (X1 and X2 = 0) then performance is 0.199 and if competence and motivation (X1 and X2 = 1) performance 0.299X1 and 0.778 X2.
Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination R2 SPSS program is 0.825 correlation analysis determination R2 obtained value Kd = (0.825x0.825= 0.681 or 68.1%) and the rest by 100% - 68.1% = 31.9% is affected by other variables. This study aims to determine how much the variables of Income and Operational Costs have a signif... more This study aims to determine how much the variables of Income and Operational Costs have a significant effect on Operating Profit at Antero Hotel Jababeka and to find out whether the Operational Cost control that is carried out can increase or decrease operating profit at Antero Hotel Jababeka. The data were analyzed using quantitative methods using financial statement data, especially the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement by using a case study approach. The results of the research include, in 2018 the income earned was Rp. 13,643,852,440 with operational costs of Rp. 12,271,948,067 and generate a profit of Rp. 312,832,709. While in 2019 the income earned was Rp. 12,587,126,951 and the operational costs incurred are Rp. 9,926,191,346 and generate a profit of Rp. 1,005,848,084.
In 2019 the operating profit obtained was higher than in 2018, this is because the efficiency of operating cost control carried out by the hotel has a very positive effect so that it can increase operating profit in 2019. And in 2020 the income earned was Rp. 2,485,783,144 with operational costs that are Rp. 1,955,816,548 by generating an operating profit of Rp. 475,580,750 in which the operating profit earned was very low compared to 2018 and 2019. This is because during the covid-19 pandemic the hotel only operated until the middle of the year or about 6 months because the income generated was no longer stable and the operational costs incurred are also not small, therefore the hotel decided to take a strategy to temporarily stop operating until the pandemic subsides.

With the applicable tax regulations, the company as a taxpayer must make adjustments or corrections to the financial statements. Corrections occur due to differences in principles, methods, treatment and recognition between Financial Accounting Standards and Fiscal or tax. A positive correction is a correction that causes an increase in taxable profit due to an expense that cannot be recognized on a tax basis and a negative correction is a correction that causes a decrease in taxable profit due to an income that is recognized in accounting but is not recognized fiscally.
This thesis aims to (1) find out how much positive fiscal correction affects the corporate tax payable, (2) find out how much negative fiscal correction affects the corporate tax payable and (3) to find out whether positive fiscal correction and negative fiscal correction on the income statement loss is in accordance with tax regulations. The type of is quantitative data, the sample of fiscal income period 2020, the data collection method is library research and field research (observation, documentation, and interviews).
