In an effort to break into foreign markets, this study looks into how brand equity and market pos... more In an effort to break into foreign markets, this study looks into how brand equity and market position are affected by sustainability marketing, corporate social responsibility (CSR), ethical branding, and green consumerism in the Indonesian fashion sector. Data obtained from 197 Indonesian fashion customers was subjected to a quantitative analysis. The associations between the variables were examined using Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 and structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings show a strong positive correlation between brand equity and market position and sustainability-related criteria (green consumerism, CSR, sustainability marketing, and ethical branding). The results highlight how crucial sustainability and ethical branding are from a strategic standpoint for Indonesian fashion firms looking to gain a competitive edge and become more visible in the international fashion scene.

Sustainable economic development is a process that balances the recovery of economic growth by co... more Sustainable economic development is a process that balances the recovery of economic growth by considering the environmental and social impacts of society in improving the economy. It is one of the practical tools for strategic adaptation to achieve economic and environmental sustainability. This encourages entrepreneurs to create businesses that use skills and initiative to meet needs and bring new ideas. Understanding these opportunities has brought the resulting products to the attention of the market. To support this, a strategy that can be implemented is digital marketing. This is important for business continuity and reaching the community or even getting customers. This research aims to determine and analyze entrepreneurship and digital marketing towards sustainable economic development. Quantitative methods are used, especially questionnaires. The results of a sample of 30 respondents show that entrepreneurship has no effect on sustainable economic development, but is positive and not significant. Meanwhile, digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on sustainable economic development.

In Jakarta, Indonesia, this study explores the complex interrelationships among social capital, c... more In Jakarta, Indonesia, this study explores the complex interrelationships among social capital, cultural diversity, and community resilience. Participants from a varied sample of 500 people, spanning a range of socioeconomic classes, and nationalities, shared their perspectives on social capital, cultural diversity, and community resilience. The results show a culturally diversified and affluent community where people feel they have strong social ties and are resilient. Indicators of community resilience, social capital, and cultural variety all show favorable connections according to statistical analysis. Regression analyses highlight the important roles that cultural variety, social capital that bonds, bridges, and links, and environmental, social, and economic resilience play in enhancing the overall resilience of Jakarta's communities. The sample's diversity in terms of demographics improves the findings' external validity. This research offers significant perspectives for practitioners and policymakers that aim to promote resilience in urban environments with various cultural backgrounds.

Students were the research population used in this study. Purposive sampling and non-probability sampling, totaling 400, were the methods used in this study's sample strategy. By distributing questionnaires, this study employed a quantitative methodology. Using SPSS version 23.0, the acquired data was examined for data quality. Next, statistical data will be analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) variance-based structural equation model. The findings of this study indicate that The interest of Generation Z in Sharia banking is influenced by financial literacy. The findings of this study indicate that interest in Sharia banking among Generation Z is influenced by digital marketing. According to the study's findings, Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by brand perception. Based on the research findings, Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by word of mouth.

Fluctuations happen when the increase or decrease in the value of a currency against another currency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the stock index of the country's largest export destination of Indonesia (Nikkei 225 stock index, the Shanghai, STI, Dow Jones and KOSPI) and fluctuations in the US $ / IDR against JCI in Indonesia period August 2010-July 2015. this study uses a stationary test to determine the average data and variants constant or not, if the data is not stationary it will be diferensi. Cointegration test to determine the long-term relationship between the dependent and independent variables. T tests were performed to determine the significance of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Test Vector Auto Regression (VAR) by standard methods performed for time series data that has been stationary at the current level while the test VAR method Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) is done for the time series data is not stationary at the current level but after diferensi into data stationary. VECM test using impulse response analysis to determine the effect of shock independent variable on the dependent variable while the variance decomposition analysis to determine the percentage of influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Nikkei 225 stock index over the long term and no significant negative impact on JCI while the Shanghai stock index and STI in the long term and not significant positive effect on JCI. The Dow Jones index in the long term positive and significant impact on JCI while the KOSPI stock index and fluctuations in the US $ / IDR in the long term a significant negative effect on JCI. JCI movement was more influenced by stock index Dow Jones (United States) than the stock index of the country's largest export destination other Indonesian and fluctuations in the US $ / IDR. One of the important components for calculating power requirements is the workload. This means th... more One of the important components for calculating power requirements is the workload. This means that the determination of power requirements is adjusted to the existing workload. The Workload Indicator Staff Needs (WISN) method is a method for calculating the workforce needs based on the actual workload carried out by the workforce. This study aims to analyze the workload of services using the Work Sampling technique and analyze the needs of service workers using the WISN method. This research was carried out in the Surgery and Anesthesia Room Installation, Dr. Sardjito. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and document review. The results showed that the use of time for productive activities was 71.11%, the use of time for non-productive activities was 9.36% and the use of time for personal activities was 19.53%. The results of the calculation of the need for energy using the WISN method show the number of service staff as many as 20 people with a WISN ratio of 0.75. From the results of this study, it is suggested to the management of Dr. Sardjito to consider adding a staff of 5 people according to the existing workload.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan checklist kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan membandingkan pengendalian internal sistem penggajian yang dijalankan perusahaan dengan teori menurut COSO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengendalian internal sistem penggajian di PDAM Tirta Sembada telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan komponen COSO.

This study aims to analyze the financial statements of financial performance, particularly financ... more This study aims to analyze the financial statements of financial performance, particularly finance companies / multi listed listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and registered at the Indonesian Financial Services Association (IFSA). Time study conducted in March to June 2009. The first analysis tool which uses financial ratios of a general nature that is using liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, activity ratios, while the second analysis tool that uses Z-Score Formula. In the analysis of this data is not all financial ratios will be counted. Results of analysis seen from the level of liquidity it can be said that the current financing perusahaa ratio is good, it would be better if the finance company reviewing the performance of previous keuagan whether the company has particularly assets sufficient to ensure future debt before taking keputusahan for debt or issue new shares; In view of both its solvency level dept and dept to equity ratio, the ratio is good, because of the large percentage of the total debt below 50% means that the average company's total assets be financed by debt below 50% so it is likely to settle the obligation can be paid on time ; In view of the activity level can be said about either means total assets turnover is very slow to increase sales and generate profits; In view of the level of profitability is very good where the average finance company had net income above 20% even have company financing that could increase the net profit margin ratio of 100% of PT Buana Finance in 2007. The second analysis results show the company's financial soundness is almost the average value is above the standard value of Z-Score is> 2.60, this shows that the company has good financial performance so the impact on public confidence to invest in the company. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in the economic development of In... more Micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in the economic development of Indonesia, including in West Java. However, many UMKM struggle to compete in a highly competitive market due to resource limitations and limited access to information. This research aims to examine the influence of social media presence and market orientation on the performance of UMKM in West Java. Data were collected from 300 UMKM owners in West Java using a self-administered questionnaire. The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that social media presence and market orientation significantly predict UMKM performance. The findings of this research have important implications for UMKM, policymakers, and government agencies in formulating strategies and policies to support the growth and development of UMKM in West Java and other regions.

Students were the research population used in this study. Purposive sampling and non-probability sampling, totaling 400, were the methods used in this study's sample strategy. By distributing questionnaires, this study employed a quantitative methodology. Using SPSS version 23.0, the acquired data was examined for data quality. Next, statistical data will be analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) variance-based structural equation model. The findings of this study indicate that The interest of Generation Z in Sharia banking is influenced by financial literacy. The findings of this study indicate that interest in Sharia banking among Generation Z is influenced by digital marketing. According to the study's findings, Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by brand perception. Based on the research findings, Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by word of mouth.

However, many UMKM struggle to compete in a highly competitive market due to resource limitations and limited access to information. This research aims to examine the influence of social media presence and market orientation on the performance of UMKM in West Java. Data were collected from 300 UMKM owners in West Java using a self-administered questionnaire. The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that social media presence and market orientation significantly predict UMKM performance. The findings of this research have important implications for UMKM, policymakers, and government agencies in formulating strategies and policies to support the growth and development of UMKM in West Java and other regions.

This study aims to analyze the workload of services using the Work Sampling technique and analyze the needs of service workers using the WISN method. This research was carried out in the Surgery and Anesthesia Room Installation, Dr. Sardjito. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and document review.
