However, the development of marine tourism, in spite of having a positive impact, it also has negative ones, as it apparently harms the environment. This study aims to identify the extent to which ecotourism principles are applied in marine tourism product development efforts and programs in Sanur. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the determination of informants through purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Triangulation was also carried out as a test of data validity in this study. The results showed that overall the business and product development program of marine tourism in Sanur have implemented 5 principles of ecotourism according to Dowling. 3 principles that have been implemented well are Utilizing natural resources, Providing benefits to the community and Visitor satisfaction. The Bali Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar) is a tourism university in its development that has made innovations towards the implementation of a green campus. The purpose of the study was to analyze student perceptions of the development of Poltekpar as a green campus in Bali. Persepsi adalah proses bagaimana seseorang memilih, mengatur, dan menginterpretasikan masukan informasi untuk menciptakan gambaran keseluruhan yang bermakna. Adanya persepsi wisatawan yang baik terhadap Desa Canggu akan berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan kembali, sekaligus sebagai media promosi di kalangan wisatawan secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi wisatawan domestik milenial terhadap kualitas Desa Canggu sebagai Destinasi Wisata di Bali dengan menilai persepsi wisatawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil persepsi wisatawan domestik milenial menunjukkan hasil yang baik terhadap kualitas Desa Canggu sebagai destinasi pariwisata di Bali dengan perolehan nilai positif yaitu kategori baik. Desa Adat Batuan merupakan salah satu destinasi pariwisata yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Giany... more Desa Adat Batuan merupakan salah satu destinasi pariwisata yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali. Destinasi pariwisata ini terkenal dengan berbagai produk budaya yang dimilikinya, seperti misalnya hasil seni lukis dan seni patung. Selain itu, Desa Adat Batuan juga merupakan wilayah tempat berdirinya Pura Puseh Batuan. Pura Puseh Batuan merupakan daya tarik wisata (DTW) yang juga merupakan Cagar Budaya Nasional. Pura ini banyak dikunjungi wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara karena keindahan arsitektur maupun kerumitan ukirannya yang menunjukkan kemajuan budaya masyarakat pemiliknya. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data mengenai karakteristik wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Nusa Lembongan sebanyak 103 responden dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. As one of the areas in Klungkung Regency, Bali Nusa Penida also provides accommodation in both star and non-star hotels, villas, bungalows, and homestays. This study aims to determine the implementation of the green hotel concept in Nusa Lembongan Bali. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 47 accommodations in Nusa Lembongan by means of purposive sampling. The results of the study show the following: hotel perceptions and assessments of environmental policies and actions (4.23), use of environmentally friendly products (4.39), collaboration with local communities and organizations (4.27), resource development (3.91) , solid waste treatment system (3.99), energy efficiency (3.96), efficiency and water quality (3.97).

The decline of tourist visits had an impact on the economy and the physical environment in Bali, especially in Tourism Villages. The survey was conducted on the local communities involved in the management of tourist villages in Bali as many as 100 respondents to get the community's perception of the impact given to the economy and the physical environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sampling technique used was proportionally stratified random sampling and analyzed by using confirmatory factor analysis. Community perceptions in tourist villages in Bali about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy have a negative impact. Homestay is a special characteristic for tourists who want a cultural experience in a destination... more Homestay is a special characteristic for tourists who want a cultural experience in a destination. Homestay contributions can directly touch the community at the lower level. Tourism in Bali leads to the development of a community-based homestay. In the development of homestay, tourists are faced with various homestay products. This research will be conducted in Badung, Gianyar, Buleleng and Karangasem Regencies. These four locations are chosen based on the existence of homestay that has been developed for a long time and in terms of quantity has been adequate for the needs of tourists. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 400 respondents in the four research sites.The behavior of foreign tourists in choosing a homestay in Bali is preferring a homestay for the reason of seeking a new adventure, the price is the main basis, search for homestay information also through the media social, and new experiences. When using the homestay, the first impression of tourists when in the homestay is good and the average length of stay 2-3 nights. After using the homestay, travelers will recommend the homestay that has been used through social media with Tripadvisor selected at most as a place to give a review of his experience after using the homestay, and more recommend it to friends and family, and the experience most remembered by tourists is local culture

The purpose of this research is to determine the community perception to the development of Nyamb... more The purpose of this research is to determine the community perception to the development of Nyambu village as an ecological tourism village. The data collection was conducted through observation, survey and in-depth interviews. The sampling technique used was random sampling by distributing questionnaires to find out the community perception of ecotourism principles. The data were analyzed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The result showed that the community perception for natural conservation principles is increasing the awareness and appreciation of actors to the natural and cultural environment (0,875); cultural conservation is involving the local community and other parties (0,889); community participation principles are inspiring local community initiatives and the aspirations to ecotourism development (0,844); economic principles suppress leakage rates as low as possible (0,895); education principles are optimizing the role of the community as a local interpreter of ecotourism products (0,889); and tourism principles is prioritizing hospitality in every service (0,882).  Index Terms-ecotourism, tourism village, ecological tourism, sustainable tourism 1 Langgeng mean sustainable 2 One of local NGO in Bali that concern about sustainable development 197

This research uses tri hita karana concept, the concept of cultural attraction product, sustainable tourism, and dramaturgy theory. Data were collected by observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the young generation is the "tools" in the development of cultural tourism products based on subak. Subak as a system and social organization of Balinese society will be appropriate if developed by the younger generation who become the next generation of cultural actors in the area. Youth efforts in supporting the development of subak-based cultural tourism products include; community empowerment through the involvement of young generation and direct participation of young generation in tourism village management. 

The theory and concepts used to answer the problems in this research are the concept of tourism product components, the concept of a tourism village, the concept of new normal tourism. The research method used is qualitative research using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through the process of observation, interviews and focus group discussions. The results of this study indicate that the priority of developing a tourism village in Petang District in the new normal era is an ancillary aspect as the main development priority. W... more Bakas Village is a MKP Study Program assisted village that already has a cooperation agreement. With the concept of Community Base Tourism, finally a tourism village governance has been formed as a result of a joint decision between the official village and the Bakas traditional village. After the establishment of governance, efforts are still needed to strengthen products in the form of storytelling, as part of marketing, so that Bakas Village can develop priority programs for its tourism village products. This community service is in the form of training which consists of two stages. The first stage is in the form of training related to strengthening storytelling how to describe an attraction and managing visitors as well as managing the interpretation of tourist village products. The second stage is in the form of technical training in packaging storytelling for digital-based tourism village products. The results of this community service activity are increasing the understanding of Bakas tourism village managers about the components of tourist village products, managing visitors in tourist villages, and managing tourist village product interpretations, as well as strengthening the ability of managers to provide digital-based storytelling of Bakas Village products.

As one of the areas in Klungkung Regency, Bali Nusa Penida also provides accommodation in both star and non-star hotels, villas, bungalows, and homestays. This study aims to determine the implementation of the green hotel concept in Nusa Lembongan Bali. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 47 accommodations in Nusa Lembongan by means of purposive sampling. The results of the study show the following: hotel perceptions and assessments of environmental policies and actions (4.23), use of environmentally friendly products (4.39), collaboration with local communities and organizations (4.27), resource development (3.91) , solid waste treatment system (3.99), energy efficiency (3.96), efficiency and water quality (3.97).

The decline of tourist visits had an impact on the economy and the physical environment in Bali, especially in Tourism Villages. The survey was conducted on the local communities involved in the management of tourist villages in Bali as many as 100 respondents to get the community's perception of the impact given to the economy and the physical environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sampling technique used was proportionally stratified random sampling and analyzed by using confirmatory factor analysis. Homestay contributions can directly touch the community at the lower level. Tourism in Bali leads to the development of a community-based homestay. In the development of homestay, tourists are faced with various homestay products. This research will be conducted in Badung, Gianyar, Buleleng and Karangasem Regencies. These four locations are chosen based on the existence of homestay that has been developed for a long time and in terms of quantity has been adequate for the needs of tourists. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 400 respondents in the four research sites.The behavior of foreign tourists in choosing a homestay in Bali is preferring a homestay for the reason of seeking a new adventure, the price is the main basis, search for homestay information also through the media social, and new experiences. When using the homestay, the first impression of tourists when in the homestay is good and the average length of stay 2-3 nights. After using the homestay, travelers will recommend the homestay that has been used through social media with Tripadvisor selected at most as a place to give a review of his experience after using the homestay, and more recommend it to friends and family, and the experience most remembered by tourists is local culture

The data collection was conducted through observation, survey and in-depth interviews. The sampling technique used was random sampling by distributing questionnaires to find out the community perception of ecotourism principles. The data were analyzed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The result showed that the community perception for natural conservation principles is increasing the awareness and appreciation of actors to the natural and cultural environment (0,875); cultural conservation is involving the local community and other parties (0,889); community participation principles are inspiring local community initiatives and the aspirations to ecotourism development (0,844); economic principles suppress leakage rates as low as possible (0,895); education principles are optimizing the role of the community as a local interpreter of ecotourism products (0,889); and tourism principles is prioritizing hospitality in every service (0,882).  Index Terms-ecotourism, tourism village, ecological tourism, sustainable tourism 1 Langgeng mean sustainable 2 One of local NGO in Bali that concern about sustainable development 197

This research uses tri hita karana concept, the concept of cultural attraction product, sustainable tourism, and dramaturgy theory. Data were collected by observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the young generation is the "tools" in the development of cultural tourism products based on subak. Subak as a system and social organization of Balinese society will be appropriate if developed by the younger generation who become the next generation of cultural actors in the area. Youth efforts in supporting the development of subak-based cultural tourism products include; community empowerment through the involvement of young generation and direct participation of young generation in tourism village management. 

The theory and concepts used to answer the problems in this research are the concept of tourism product components, the concept of a tourism village, the concept of new normal tourism. The research method used is qualitative research using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through the process of observation, interviews and focus group discussions. The results of this study indicate that the priority of developing a tourism village in Petang District in the new normal era is an ancillary aspect as the main development priority. W... more Bakas Village is a MKP Study Program assisted village that already has a cooperation agreement. With the concept of Community Base Tourism, finally a tourism village governance has been formed as a result of a joint decision between the official village and the Bakas traditional village. After the establishment of governance, efforts are still needed to strengthen products in the form of storytelling, as part of marketing, so that Bakas Village can develop priority programs for its tourism village products. This community service is in the form of training which consists of two stages. The first stage is in the form of training related to strengthening storytelling how to describe an attraction and managing visitors as well as managing the interpretation of tourist village products. The second stage is in the form of technical training in packaging storytelling for digital-based tourism village products. The results of this community service activity are increasing the understanding of Bakas tourism village managers about the components of tourist village products, managing visitors in tourist villages, and managing tourist village product interpretations, as well as strengthening the ability of managers to provide digital-based storytelling of Bakas Village products.
