Support our races

Come and support St Peter’s College Boat Club at Torpids and Summer Eights and our other races (see Events for the next chance to see SPCBC in action). Do let us know if there’s anything we can do to make this more accommodating for you (get in touch via the Contact page). We are always delighted to say hello to alumni down at the river or in College!

Contribute

The generosity of members of the Boat Club Community ensures that we can continue to make rowing accessible for everyone at St Peter’s College and compete with (and bump!) wealthier colleges. We are forever grateful for your support! By covering the costs of running a boat club, we can reduce the costs of rowing for our members.

  1. £25: a training session with one of our skilled coaches
  2. £75: entry fees for one crew for Summer Eights
  3. £300: OURCs affiliation fees for the club
  4. £600: boat fees for our annual training camp in Seville
  5. £1200: the equivalent of a full year of rowing fees for a crew

Sponsorship

Easyfundraising

Support SPCBC for free! Over 7000 retailers will donate to the club when you shop with them online via easyfundraising – at no cost to you!

What do I need to do? Take a look at our guide to easyfundraising, or use the steps below:

  1. go to easyfundraising.org.uk, and make an account
  2. under “Find a cause”, search and choose “St Peter’s College Boat Club”. Select “support this cause”
  3. Every time you shop online, visit easyfundraising and search the retailer. Follow the retailer link and complete your order, for which you pay nothing extra

After a short while, we’ll receive the donation. By supporting SPCBC through contributing to running costs, we can reduce costs for members. Small donations add up to make rowing more accessible at Peter’s!
