The WWE has outlasted all other major wrestling promotions and eventually was able to buy their competition because of poor business practices by their competitors. In October of 1999, the WWE became a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange, on the first day it sold over eleven and a half million Class A stock.

James can keep the balance of family and career evened out because of the support he receives from his wife. The government should require businesses to provide paid maternity leave so that the child can have the proper care it needs during those precious weeks. Organizational arrangements allow the employee to balance career and family by having daycare on site. A firm does not have an obligation to the employee for career and family life

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) LeBlanc has two important rules that he lives by, one have integrity and second always be professional. Chipotle employees have a duty to report violations of the Code of Conduct without fear of punishment. Chipotle feels that contributing to the community will only enhance the customers experience with the organization, and have a positive outlook on what the company is looking to achieve.
