Based on that, this emic approach study reflects on the strategy that eight Cabinda public primary schools implemented to promote students’ academic success. T he finding indicates (1) to address overcrowded classrooms challenges; the schools selected games and quizzes to improve students’ proficiency. However, in-classroom, teachers mainly use the blackboard and the textbooks to share information. So, the researcher suggested the usage of grouping strategies, personal or local stories and games; (2) Related to teachers’ poor qualifications, the teachers skip the biweekly Zones of Pedagogical Influence meetings for family reasons or already knowing the content. To change that, in a group, teachers can discuss and lesson plan, as well as practice games; (3) Related to proper school facilities and school supplies, the schools keep supplies, such as storybooks and games inside closed boxes. So, to revise the content, the researcher suggested taking aside some time for the students to read the storybooks or play games. Keywords Introduction Overload classroom, teachers’ qualifications, lack of school facilities and supplies, Angola

The majority of studies emphasize that professors tend to manage instructional strategies, such as lecture or presentations in mixed undergraduate classroom mainly focusing on traditional students’ characteristics like age, role experience, expectations and motivations. The findings of this study indicate that, professors who have more adult learners in their mixed undergraduate classroom tend to adapt and apply student-centered strategies, such as interactive lecture, group discussions or debates in higher level classes based on both traditional and adult learner’s characteristics.
Key-words: Traditional students, Adult learners, Instructional Strategies

A fundamental aspect from andragogy is being centered in the adults’ learners education and consequently in their interests. In it, it is important to select all the appropriate tools that will provide these target individuals to express their opinions and associate their real-life with classroom content. The purpose of this research is to verify the efficiency of the andragogy approach, although there are many differences between pedagogy and andragogy it is possible to use some approaches in both education systems.
