The approach makes use of a distributed genetic algorithm based on the unique methods that bacteria use to 8 transfer and share genetic material. We have used this algorithm in the design of a robust adaptive control system for 9 the active nodes in an active service network. The system has been simulated and results show that it can oer clear 10 dierentiation of active services. The algorithm places the right software, at the right place, in the right proportions; 11 allows dierent time dependencies to be satis®ed and simple payment related increases in performance. Ó

This study describes a new modification of needle aspiration biopsy using an ordinary intravenous catheter to retrieve testicular spermatozoa from patients with obstructive azoospermia, and compares it to the classical fine-needle aspiration (FNA) method. The study included 86 consecutive patients with obstructive azoospermia. Thirty-one patients underwent FNA using butterfly needles (G21 or G23) and a 20 ml syringe. For the remaining 55 patients, an i.v. catheter (G14 or G16) was used instead of the butterfly needle. When testicular tissue was seen in the aspirate, the catheter was clamped and removed from the testis. If, after a maximum of three punctures, insufficient spermatozoa were retrieved, an open biopsy was carried out. Successful sperm retrieval was achieved in 54 out of 55 patients (98.1%) using an i.v. catheter, compared with 16 out of 31 patients (51.6%) using FNA (P < 0.05). Enough aspirated tissue was obtained for cryopreservation of spermatozoa in all 54 patients using the i.v. catheter, compared with 6/16 (37.5%) of the patients undergoing classical FNA. No significant complications were reported. In conclusion, the use of an i.v. catheter for testicular aspiration biopsy significantly improved sperm retrieval compared with FNA in obstructive azoospermia, and allowed for cryopreservation of excess tissue. The procedure is simple and inexpensive, however regular follow up and testing of possible adverse consequences of this method is indicated to establish its safety.

Some of the requirements problems are incorrect fact, omission and inconsistency of data. Now a days, another problem is to get appointment with stakeholders for elicitation activities due to their busy schedule and mobility. Our proposed approach solves these problems by using a system that finds out unanswered part of requirements documents and generates questioners from those sections. These questions are answered by stakeholders through mobile devices and finally the system checks the answer data for consistency and then generates requirements documents that are complete and correct. We mentioned this approach partially automatic as an expert requirements analyst overall supervises the whole system.

A reliable ablation endpoint has not been demonstrated yet, although AF termination during ablation may be associated with higher long-term maintenance of sinus rhythm (SR).

Specifically, methods based on direct integration and reduced basis are discussed, with a particular emphasis on reduced basis methods with eigenvector transformations. Although the intent is to present methodologies used in a parallel computing environment, traditional methods implemented on serial computing environments are briefly discussed. Many methods offered are based on specific computer architectures, and thus a discussion detailing currently available computer architectures is presented. Techniques used in general finite element methods is also discussed as they pertain to parallel implementation of nonlinear dynamic analysis methodologies.

This method permits a great saving of computation time and storage. Useless efforts spent in the analysis of large Petri nets are spared by a look to the partitions of interest. It is possible to study the characteristics of !he required p!aces by involving them in a partitition. It was sho#~r that partitioning preserves the characteristics of the main Petri net. The reachability tree method or the matrix equations approach, which were untractable at the whole net level, may be used at the subnet level to get the needed analysis criteria. 0304-3975!90/$03.50 @ 199~Elsevier Science Publishers B.Y. Reaction of II with two equivalents of III in tetrahydrofuran gave 2,5-diaryl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles (V), in addition to IV. Addition of triethylamine to II or its mixture with III yielded only the tetrazenes (VIII). The possible pathways leading to IV-V and VIII are discussed. J. Chem. Soc., 14, 1089 (1977)
