The investigation meticulously compares the questionnaire and web mining methodologies within the framework of SVM and NBC algorithms to discern the flexibility inherent in each data type. The outcomes of this comprehensive analysis demonstrate that questionnaires showcase remarkable flexibility, exhibiting accuracy rates surpassing 80% in both algorithms, along with AUC values exceeding 0.9 when contrasted with data acquired through web mining techniques. These results underscore the paramount importance of the dataset collection method in the realm of computational data mining. The study contributes compelling evidence that advocates for the superiority of the questionnaire data collection method over web mining in the specific context of computational data mining. The questionnaire method not only outperforms in terms of flexibility but also achieves high accuracy, making it a more reliable choice for acquiring data in this domain. Beyond its practical implications, the research highlights a critical aspect of methodology in data collection by emphasizing the necessity of exploring and assessing methods that may have been overlooked in previous research endeavors. This underscores the continuous evolution of research methodologies and the need for ongoing exploration to enhance the robustness and effectiveness of data collection in computational data mining studies.

Young people rarely use local languages, so they need to be preserved by using technology. Image processing technology can help the process of strengthening the Sundanese language and culture. Researchers developed Sundanese traditional tools because their existence is not only related to Sundanese language and terms, but also related to philosophy and local wisdom values. This application is called Smart Image Recognition and Identification of Heritage (SIRIH). The development of this android-based innovative application is based on image recognition technology with the CNN method. Based on the test results, the classification accuracy of pre-trained CNN is 98%, and val accuracy at 86%. Accuracy test results on the application show good and maximum results (90%-100%) if the item is in sufficient light, both indoors and outdoors, while dim light will reduce accuracy to around 60%-70%. Blurred images also affect accuracy by up to 50%.

This study discusses the Certification Scheduling (SITASI) application / processing website that ... more This study discusses the Certification Scheduling (SITASI) application / processing website that can manage data and schedule certification activities that aim to assist ITCC assistants and laboratory heads in carrying out certification activities. Difficulties in data management are known to still run sequentially using different software, causing inefficiencies in time utilization. In designing this application, using the RATIONAL UNIFIED PROCESS (RUP) method which ensures practical use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) or object-oriented. Based on the implementation of these methods in the design of the Citation application, it has been proven that the application can assist ITCC in managing data and scheduling certification to be integrated so that the creation of an integrated application door used for effective use of time is fulfilled. The results showed that the certification scheduling application was successfully implemented and can be accessed through a web browser. The app allows users to create certification schedules and manage certification participants easily. By using the RUP method, the development of certification scheduling applications becomes more structured and well organized. It is hoped that this application can provide benefits for users and help increase efficiency in managing certification schedules at ITCC ITPLN.

In managing the archives, it still use a conventional system so that it has several weaknesses, among others: making the archive management system less effective, less efficient in terms of time, cost, energy, and storage space for archives, lack of security in storing documents, and maintaining documents requires more cost and time. Therefore, a web-based archive management application is designed to overcome these weaknesses. User Centered Design (UCD) method is used in developing this system and ISO / IEC 9126 as testing the software quality using 6 aspects. Testing the quality of the ITCC Archive Management Application received 97,61% results (Very Good).

Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat urban/sub-urban dalam program kamtibmas disebabkan oleh gaya hidup masyarakat yang serba cepat, fokus pada pekerjaan, dan sering keluar rumah dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Alternatif solusi yang dapat ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat aplikasi terkait program tersebut di tingkat desa. Aplikasi ini selain dapat mendukung kamtibmas dan melibatkan seluruh warga, juga dapat meningkatkan rasa saling percaya, komunikasi, dan hubungan sosial di antara mereka. Hasilnya adalah Aplikasi Peringatan Cerdas yang menggabungkan fungsi keamanan dan kontrol ketertiban yang terintegrasi. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk membantu warga dalam lingkup desa dan mencakup sepuluh fungsi yang biasa digunakan untuk saling memberikan informasi di lingkungan sekitar. Pejabat pemerintah dan petugas keamanan dapat memantau dan mengakses aplikasi melalui situs web yang disediakan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah aplikasi pemantau keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat berbasis android. Aplikasi ini menggunakan geolocation tagging yang akurat, penentuan lokasi dan tampilan foto, dan dapat berfungsi dengan baik pada platform Android. Informasi yang ada akan diinventarisasi dan disimpan sehingga pada akhirnya dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam membuat rencana untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat di masa yang akan datang.

English standardization is needed by a college to ensure the quality of knowledge and skills of t... more English standardization is needed by a college to ensure the quality of knowledge and skills of their students before they join the international learning and research culture there. As a campus that has an international vision, Institut Teknologi PLN (ITPLN) created two English tests in for the students which are implemented at the beginning and at the end of their study time. The standardization test is meant to know the English knowledge of the students and map their weakness in English so that the lecturers can organize a more precise English learning system. The research based on the English standardization test, which was already done in two different forms, the offline paper-based and the multimodalonline-based. The article is aimed to present the comparison between those forms, the arrangement of the online test, the methods to overcome the proctoring problems, and the results. The result shows that the online test decreases the usage of time, human and other resources by 70% and with a multimodal system, increase the questions variations and types by 50%, thus they increase the effectivity of the test by 75%.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has spread to nearly every corner of the globe, citizens' activities around the world have been hindered, especially those involving employment to support life's basic needs. The local economy suffers as a result of people losing their jobs. They have no idea how they will pay for the necessities of life. So, in order to help the locals, the government set up a Village BLT fund support program. Limag Village is one of the settlements that plans to ask for help. When the final decision is made, the village head will choose from the list of households that fit the criteria. A decision support system is one option for achieving clear and exact findings based on the strategy utilized. For a ranking-based decision-support system, the VIKOR approach (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) is an excellent choice. In order to reduce the amount of time spent on guesswork when choosing which communities will benefit from BLT Desa money, this study aims to examine and quantify the results of decisions made using criteria that match those criteria. The device will monitor the indoor air quality and the results will be sent directly to the connected smart phone and will be stored in the cloud media and can also be accessed via the website. In general, this research will involve 3 connected and integrated devices, namely: air quality measurement device, application on a smart phone and a website and its storage media. This device can be used by everyone and in a system, can work automatically and independently. The result is a device that is not only affordable but can also be connected to a mobile phone and the internet is an urgent need. It is called Measuring Device for Indoor Air Quality or MEDIA-Q.

Boyer moore algorithm helps the data search process more effectively and can search for words in several text-based files at once. The result of this research is a web-based data management information system that makes the data management process becomes more effective and efficient. The largest segment of national economic actors is the micro and small enterprises (MSEs). The re... more The largest segment of national economic actors is the micro and small enterprises (MSEs). The research aims to analyze the number of micro and small companies in Indonesia using data mining techniques to map a cluster. The dataset used consists of three-four records of the central Statistical Bureau (SourceUrl: https: /www.bps.go.id/), composed of the micro and smaller companies in 2017-2019. The k-medoids method is the solution used in cluster mapping. The average number of small and micro enterprises for 2017-2019 is the attribute used. The numbers of clusters were determined with the Davies Bouldin Index method (DBI), where k = 2 is the best value (0.111). In accordance with the results of the cluster (k=2), the label is divided into two (high cluster (clt1) and low group) (clt2). The results of the calculation of k-medoids show that 90% of Indonesia's area is within the low class. In the high cluster are only Central Java, West Java and East Java. Accuracy, accuracy, reminder and f-measurement parameters are 100% demonstrated in the cluster test results. This mapping can be one of the foundations on which to constantly increase the number of micro and small firms, since the role of MSEs in jobs is extremely important, since it is apparent that MSEs have continued to grow considerably.

The village is experiencing difficulties in obtaining clean water that is suitable for consumption even though the village area has a river but is full of dirt and garbage. Even though the river is dirty, there are some people who are still using it, for example: for a bathe. There are also people who make wells, but the water quality is not guaranteed to be suitable for consumption. As a result, many people are affected by stomach and skin diseases. The monitoring systems that can observe the water quality has become an urgent need for the villagers. The results of the test produce data that is sent to an application that can be opened on the website. Both smartphone and PC can be used to obtain the data. The data then stored in the website's database and can be used to predict the water quality from time to time. Testing method of the working model of these devices and application was done through a process of repeated interaction between researchers and villagers. This technology and application are designed using devices that are connected to an android application or computer so that the users can use them both in real-time and mobile modes to monitor and make decisions about the usage of water for their health.
