The Susan B. Anthony Memorial Unrest Home is a women’s intentional living community in rural Athens County. SuBAMUH is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization governed by a female Board of Directors. SuBAMUH was founded in 1979 by Jan Griesinger and her partner Mary Morgan. We offer primitive campsites for tent camping and educational programming, while maintaining a small community of women who live on and steward the land.
