European Chemical Bulletin, 2023

Human beings are considered as the most developed species on the planet. Though all the species, ... more Human beings are considered as the most developed species on the planet. Though all the species, zoological or botanical along with environment constitutes ecological system. The sustainable development depends on the right balance between all which invisible in this era of technological advancement and population explosion. On one side deforestation and on the other mining and industrialisation may be blamed for the same. More population needs more dwelling and more agriculture production, failure of the same results consumption of animals which creates conflicts between humans and animals, the one which is one of the main consequences of deforestation too. Consequently, the wild animals have little option but to infiltrate 'human settlements' in quest of food and to migrate since people are robbing them of more and more of their natural environment. This has led to an increase in fatalities, including those of humans as well as animals. Shifting agriculture, rotational felling, other biotic pressures, diverting forest areas for development purposes, etc. are the primary causes cited for the decline in forest cover. The country's microclimate, hydrological cycle, soil quality, biodiversity, etc. have all been harmed by ongoing illegal tree cutting, making it more susceptible to any untoward incident. The country, India, offers a diverse ecosystem that includes magnificent tigers, elephants, and birds after thousands of the years of evolution. Unfortunately, deforestation, a problem that is only becoming worse, poses a threat to this irreplaceable natural resource. Wild animals require proper habitat or places where they may live in peace and comfort. These are the places they go to relax, sleep, eat, procreate, hide, and flee from predators. Animals lose access to vital supplies and are exposed to new dangers, which have not only resulted in tremendous impact on entire ecological system. Moreover, India has a significant chance to build a legacy of achievement in the face of such pressing issues during its G20 Presidency. Therefore, the paper will be an attempt to thoroughly analyse the problem of deforestation and its social, environmental and legal impact in light of Sustainable Development Goals and India's G20 objectives and also portray probable solutions in form of the suggestions.

On one hand, ancient legal system or religion preaches us about an ideal way of living life, on the other hand, the health care providers, try to identify and observe the religious practices and faith of the patient for providing better treatment. Though, basic rights have always been focus of the assemblies of civilized society but rights other than that of humans are never given due importance. Moreover, the states which recognize Animal Rights either lack a proper framework or enforcement mechanism. In a country like India, which has an exclusive legislation regarding protection of animals against cruelty, the enforcement mechanism is so brittle that majority of the offenders go unpunished and those who get booked, make mockery of system by giving a paltry fine ranging from Rs. 10/- to 50/-. However, Indian Judiciary is acting as a ray of light on in this darkness and playing a crucial role in changing the paradigms of Animal Rights Jurisprudence in India.

Development which remained synonymous to innovation is based on technological advancement in this era of digitalization. Innovation! Yes innovation in technology is changing the life and the life style of individuals around the world. Here it is pertinent to note that this is only technology which worked behind the concept of globalization where no one remained untouched from the impact of technology. It has made the life of human being on buttons with full of comforts and with minimum human intervention. The same is true, in case of mechanical devices which first became electronic and now in digital form they are available in the global society. The manufacturers of vehicles, their suppliers and regulatory authorities of different countries have shown their eagerness to develop the autonomous vehicles and intelligent transportation system for the benefit of new generation. Intelligent transportation system is based on the concept of connected cars. Emergence of the idea of connected cars raised the eye brows of awakened legal fraternity. Though the legislators or law makers are confronting on the legal issues involved with the operational use of connected cars, still, States are neither denying the unforeseen fatal consequences nor having a comprehensive law to deal with such consequences associated with ‘connected car’ or ‘autonomous vehicle’. Everyone is so passionate about this technology that highly populated and dense countries like India and China are also passionate to have such connected cars comprising intelligent technology which is being considered potential to transform the traffic management of a country. It may solve the problem of the safety of pedestrians as well as minimize the road accidents. But before effective and safe operation of such autonomous vehicles, it is highly required to address the key issues like responsibility of manufacturers, liability of owners, liability of network operators, liability of drivers, threat of cyber hacking, cyber terrorism, privacy & data protection, insurance liability issues, and product liability issues in general along with all civil liability and criminal liability in particular in case of accident. The present paper is focusing on the legal magnitude of accident for fixing the undetectable liability in case of ‘autonomous car’. The paper is further an effort to formulate the founding jurisprudence for the better utilization of this technology of autonomous car.

Both parents and states party to the convention are responsible for the upbringing and development of the child according to the convention stated above. The upbringing and development requires hygiene, health care, access to education, environmental sanitation, preservation of accident and others. The convention recognizes to make primary education compulsory and available free to all. It is not the only CRC but ILO too, which give priority with regards to the protection of child right. It is the state obligation to take appropriate measures for the same. But it is panic on the part of the state when it denies or escape in fulfilling its obligation because of the insufficient resources with it. And no doubt one can observe the same practice in the underdevelopment countries. Child exploitation, either economical or sexual, child abuse, neglect and trafficking are wildly observed in these countries. This might be related to several factors, like poverty, insufficient efforts and commitment from concerned bodies, law rates of reporting child abuse, cultural norms or values and harm full traditional practices or others. Any way these child exploration abuse and neglect highly affect the up bringing and development of the child including education. The same is with one of the underdeveloped country of Africa that is, Ethiopia.
