Who are Molly-Mae Hague's hugely supportive family members? (2025) (original) (raw)

The wait is over! After months of speculation, Molly-Mae Hague's tell-all documentary has landed and it's every bit as emotional as you'd expect.

Molly-Mae: Behind It All gives a raw account of her painful split from Tommy Fury which put their relationship under widespread public scrutiny and his drinking which created a rift between them.

Through the turmoil of the split, Molly-Mae had some very important people in her life to lean on, notably her mum Debbie, dad Stephen and sister Zoe who appear in the documentary; but just who are Molly-Mae's supportive family?

Deborah Gordon

Molly-Mae's mum Debbie has clearly been a guiding light for her daughter but has also faced her own heartache over the years which like her daughter's relationship was exacerbated by alcohol.

Fans first caught sight of Debbie during the meet the family episode of Love Island when she had some important news to share: her engagement!

She and Molly-Mae's dad Stephen were both police officers, something which thrilled her when she was younger. [That's] something else that I'm really proud of actually, having two parents that are police officers because I quite liked it at school; being known as the police officers' kid,' Molly-Mae previously told Stephen Bartlett on his Diary of a CEO podcast.

Debbie and Stephen parted ways when she was 14-years-old, devastating the young Molly-Mae who described her parents' divorce as her 'greatest fear'.

Their divorce, she later admitted, also played a huge role in apathy towards Christmas and she explained that the time of year threw up 'mixed messages'.

Her crushing heartache was somewhat comforted by the fact that her mum and dad still got on well despite their split.

'I think it's incredibly grown up, like how amazing that they can put their difference aside for the sake of me and my sister and also just for the sake of life's short and holding grudges gets you absolutely nowhere,' she said.

It wasn't easy, however, and Molly-Mae revealed in her autobiography that her mum had struggled to come to terms with the end of her marriage and began using alcohol as a crutch.

'Mum really struggled. For a very short while just after the divorce, she turned to alcohol to cope with the pain of the breakdown of their marriage. Which sort of explains why I am the way I am with alcohol - I pretty much avoid it.'

Speaking in the docuseries about how her mum's past drinking issues affected her, Molly-Mae said: 'I was only about 14/15 when that happened and I saw my mum in some states. I have never ever been around it in a positive light.'

Debbie was equally devasted to see how she had been impacted, saying: 'It's heartbreaking how alcohol has really messed things up. It's been so detrimental and destructive.'

Thankfully, better things were on the horizon for Debbie who found love a second time round in 2015 when she met Jon Rayner. They officially tied the knot in 2021 with both Molly-Mae and Zoe serving as her bridesmaids.

More recently Debbie has turned her attention to fitness, attending a weight loss Bootcamp in Ibiza and subsequently competing in a Hyrox race.

Stephen Hague

Like Debbie, Stephen is immensely proud of his daughter and in particular her down-to-earth nature despite her success.

In Behind It All, he described Molly-Mae as 'just a normal girl, she just has the world's eyes on her'.

He too has stepped back from his career on the force and now runs a dog-walking business in Chester. Stephen has also found love a second time around with his wife Carla. They'll celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary in August.

Stephen is fiercely protective of his daughters, so much so that he had to restrain himself from getting into fights when Molly-Mae was taunted over her birthmark.

He wrote in her book: 'As [a] dad to two daughters, I felt it was unfair for a girl to have the birthmark in such a prominent location. I used to get into verbal fights with people who said rude things about it when they saw it and only because I was a copper did I stop myself from "chinning" a few.

Amid the 'cheating' scandal that erupted in 2024, Tommy abruptly unfollowed Stephen.

Zoe Hague

27-year-old Zoe is two years' her sister Molly-Mae's elder. She's now a successful influencer but initially went down a very different career path.

She joined the British Army Medical Corps and had aspirations of evolving her career into working in the personal training corps but things didn't go to plan.

'[Joining the army] wasn’t something I planned on doing or something I wanted to do while at school. I wouldn’t say I’ve been overly lucky. I’ve been in the army for five years but the regiment I was at wasn’t for me… I’ve experienced so much that you wouldn’t in a normal job I just wish for me it’d gone differently,' she said during an online Q&A when she also revealed that she felt she had been held back in her aspirations because the people in charge of writing her reports barely knew her.

Instead, she followed Molly-Mae into the world of influencing and in 2023 rumours swirled she had landed a brand deal with PrettyLittleThing, a brand which Molly-Mae is the former creative director of.

The year prior, she announced her engagement to her partner Danny Rae and in July 2024, they tied the knot in the Lake District. Beautiful black-and-white photos from the day show her looking radiant in a sleeveless gown.

Like her mum, Zoe became quite involved in fitness and Hyrox and one of her highlights of 2024 was appearing as the cover star of Women's Fitness Magazine.

Jon Raynor

Molly-Mae's stepdad Jon Raynor also appears to have a strong bond with her and posted a video of himself attending the screening of her documentary.

He tends to keep a lower profile than the rest of the family but appears to share a love of travelling with his wife Debbie and regularly posts stunning snaps from their getaways. The couple share an adorable pooch named Toby who regularly appears in their posts.

Jon is also a huge football fan and longtime Tottenham Hotspur fan.
