Just to clarify though, it is ok to learn or practice how you do this but NOT ok to use these tutorials(or just the tail tutorial, arguably the general specialty of your art) for commercial means? Care to describe your idea of Commercial? How are newer artists going to post better at their art under these strict limitations?
Too bad about hachimitsu-ink leaving us, huh? 
I really miss him, he was Very good and Talented.
