How to contact an app developer - Apple Support (original) (raw)

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the My Account button or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Apps > My Apps, tap "Not on this [device]," then select the app.
  3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in to the correct Apple Account.

Use the iPhone that's paired with your Apple Watch and follow the steps for iPhone.

  1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
  2. Click Sign In or your photo.
  3. A list of apps appears. Click the app that you want. If you can't find the app, use the search field.
  4. The app's product page appears. Click Support or App Support. If you don't see Support or App Support, make sure that you're signed in to the correct Apple Account.
    On a Mac, you see the App Store displaying the Preview page for Keynote. On the lower-right, the Website and Support buttons are highlighted.
  5. Open the App Store on your Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD.
  6. Search for the app, then choose it.
  7. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Find the developer's website in the Information section.
  8. Open the App Store on your Apple Vision Pro.
  9. Tap the Search button in the sidebar.
  10. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the My Account button or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased > My Purchases, tap "Apple Vision," then select the app.
  11. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in to the correct Apple Account.

If you have an issue with an app but you didn't get the app from the App Store, you'll need to contact the developer directly. You can search the web for the name of the app or the developer to find their contact information.
