Anthropic’s DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) is automatically incorporated into our Commercial Terms of Service, and can be viewed here. When you accept Anthropic’s Commercial Terms of Service, you also accept our DPA.

Important note for third-party platform users: If you access Claude via a third-party platform or service provider, your use of Claude in those cases is governed by the third-party platform's terms of service.
