Manage your Google Home Premium subscription
Important:
- If you’re already subscribed to the Standard plan of Google Home Premium, you must apply the entitlement from Google One to the same Home structure with your existing subscription. This automatically cancels and refunds your existing Google Home Premium subscription.
- If you’re already subscribed to the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium, you’ll get the Standard plan of Google Home Premium included with Google One. You must apply the entitlement to the same Home structure with your existing membership. This automatically cancels and refunds your existing Google Home Premium membership.
- To get the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium, you must purchase it as an add-on. To avoid any loss of camera history and Home Premium Advanced plan functionality, purchase the Home Premium Advanced add on from Google One before you start the replacement flow in the Google Home app.
- To finalize setup, download the Google Home app

- When you cancel a Google Home Premium subscription, you'll lose your sound detection clips and any video you haven't saved. Before you cancel, learn how to save important clips.
Activate your Google Home Premium subscription with Google One
- On your computer, go to Google One.
- On the left, click Benefits.
- Find your Google Home Premium benefit card.
- Click Explore plan.
- To set up Google Home Premium for your home, follow the on-screen prompts.
- If needed, follow prompts to migrate your existing Google Home Premium account to Google.
Upgrade to Advanced plan of Google Home Premium
Important: Charges for the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium are applied to the same payment method as your Google One subscription.
You can add the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium to your Google One membership at any time.
Cancel your Google Home Premium subscription with Google One

Manage your Google Health Premium subscription
Important:
- If you purchased a Google Health Premium subscription through Google Play with the Google Account linked to your Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra membership:
- Your Google Health Premium subscription will be automatically canceled.
- The remaining time on subscription will be refunded.
- If you purchased a Google Health Premium subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Store:

- If you purchased a Google Health Premium subscription and use a Google Health Account:
- You must migrate your Google Health account to your Google Account that’s linked to your Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra membership. This will automatically cancel your previous subscription.
- To activate a new subscription with Google One, follow instructions below.
- To get a refund for the remaining time on your subscription, contact Google Health support.
- If your existing Google Health Premium subscription is canceled, you may not retain your data history.
- Your Google Health data history is tied to your Google Health account. If you change your Google Health account to the same account as your Google One subscription, data history will not transfer over.
Activate your Google Health Premium subscription with Google One
- On your computer, go to Google One.
- On the left, click Benefits.
- Find the Google Health benefit card.
- Click Go to Google Health.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Tip: If you’re already a Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra member, you may also get a notification in the Google Health app to activate your Google Health Premium subscription.

Troubleshoot issues with Google Home Premium & Google Health Premium
Issues with Google Home Premium
You already have a Google Home Premium subscription, but it’s with a different Google Account from your Google One membership
- Migrate your Google Home account to the Google Account you used to subscribe to Google One.
- Activate your Google Home Premium through Google One.
- Optional: Select the add-on for Google Home Premium Advanced through Google One.
You have a Google One 100 GB or 200 GB plan
These plans don’t include the Google Home Premium and Google Health Premium subscription benefits and no changes will be made. You can upgrade to a Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra membership to access those benefits. Learn how to update your Google One Plan.
You’re an existing UK subscriber with 2 TB plan
After October 1, 2026, all current 2 TB plan holders will lose Google Health Premium entitlements. To retain your Google Health Premium benefits, you must upgrade to Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra membership.
Google One provides a prorated refund for the remaining balance on the 2 TB annual plan (and Google Home Premium Advanced add-on) to members who upgrade to the Google AI Pro offer.
- Monthly and annual Google One members in the UK who aren’t on the 2 TB membership plan but are on a 30 GB, 100 GB, or 200 GB plan: Not entitled to plan refunds.
- Google Home Premium Advanced add-on subscribers on 2 TB plan in the UK: Full refund is granted for their most recent payment when add-on is removed on October 1, 2026.
Get the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium when you subscribe to Google AI Pro or higher plans
Important: This isn’t applicable for Google AI Ultra as it already includes access to the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium.
If you subscribe to Google AI Pro or higher plans, you get access to the Standard plan of Google Home Premium. To enjoy the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium, you can purchase it as an add-on through the Google One app.
- On your computer, go to Google One.
- At the top, click Settings

- Click Change membership plan.
- At the bottom right, click Get add-on.
- This opens the "Manage add-on" page.
- Under "Add-on," next to "Google Home Premium Advanced," click Add
.
- Click Go to checkout

You already purchased a subscription from the Apple App Store or Google Store
We can’t automatically cancel the subscription. You’ll get an email with your options on how to activate your subscription. To cancel your Google Health Premium subscription and get a refund for the remaining time on the subscription, contact Google Health support.

- To keep your benefits, activate your new subscription through Google One.
You have a Google Health Premium subscription linked to a different Google Account from your Google One membership
