Note: Office Agent is currently rolling out to Frontier early access for Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, and Premium plans in select markets and languages, starting with the United States and English (en-us). Expanded access is coming soon.

The Office Agent is a content creation agent within the Microsoft 365 Copilot experience that works with you to create high-quality PowerPoint decks and Word documents that are ready to share.

Where to find Office Agent

You can find Office Agent in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.

How to use Office Agent

1. Select Office Agent (Frontier) from the left navigation pane in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. If you don't see it, select Apps from the left navigation pane and add it.
   ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​During this Preview, a new browser tab will open where you’ll need to sign in and accept the preview terms and conditions.
2. Enter a prompt describing what you want Office Agent to do for you, such as generating a document or presentation.
3. Sit back and watch as Office Agent uses AI-powered agents to build your requested content or application in real time.

• Executive brief deck
  “Create a 7‑slide executive brief on [your topic], with a title slide, 3 slides of key insights, 2 slides of risks and mitigations, and a final ‘next steps’ slide. Use a clean enterprise style and include a short presenter notes section on each slide.”
• Customer‑ready Word brief
  “Draft a 2‑page customer brief that summarizes [initiative], outlines the value for [audience], and includes a checklist for the first 30 days.”
• Education or explainer content
