Support the right is after gay marriages again, people please help out. The American Family Association is trying to prove a "point" on Gay Marriages. They posted this poll on their website, clearly it is going to come out in their favor. They intend on presenting the results about gay marriages to congress. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE JUST TAKE THIS POLL, it takes thirty seconds and show your support for gay marriages.

Something everyone should know: You're not supposed to have the answers. You're supposed to be able to own the questions, acknowledge your true feelings about yourself, accept being unfinished. Those who rush to pretend they have the answers or are finished never find them and stay stunted -- and you find this at all ages. What's best about your style is the ability to admit being a mixed bag of gifts and flaws, and know that's ok.
I've often wished people were challenged whenever they ask a nonsense question like "do you believe in God?" Like asking them to define the word: a being that occupies space and has weight? That won't work for long. A concept? Then it's a way of talking, and the real question should be whether and to what extent god-talk is a useful and helpful way to address life's important concerns, etc.
Anyway, your thinking is honest and unafraid -- no matter how scared you may feel. The teenage years are the hardest years of life. You're trying to grow beyond your "kid" identity and begin to put together your "adult" identity. It's worth staying open and honest, doubt that you can own will strengthen you, while pretending to certainties you neither believe nor understand (like about all God talk) only weakens and limits you.
When we consider a concept like "God" to be concerned with ULTIMATE things, it means no honest person can ever fully understand, because we're not ultimate.
