Kim Busch was born on June 16, 1998.
2016 Short Course World Championships
Busch won a silver medal as part of the Dutch 4x50m (25m pool) freestyle relay.
2017 World Championships
Busch teamed with fellow Dutch women, Femke Heemskerk, Maud Van Der Meer and Ranomi Kromowidjojo to win a bronze medal in the 4x100m freestyle relay. Swimming the lead off leg, Busch split a 54.05 to start the relay.
2018 European Championships
Busch again swam as a member of the 4×100 free relay, this time leading off in a time of 54.75 to aid the Dutch finishing 2nd, just behind France for the silver.
2018 Short Course World Championships
In Hangzhou, Busch brought home her biggest medal haul from an international meet to date, garnering 5 medals, all from relays, including silver in the 4×50 free, mixed free, mixed medley, 4×100 free, and bronze in the 4×50 medley.
