This paper examines the impact of social entrepreneurship in community development in Pakistan us... more This paper examines the impact of social entrepreneurship in community development in Pakistan using quantitative research. The current phenomenon of social entrepreneurship as integrating innovative and effective approaches to address social problems has constantly aroused interest in the process of stimulating community's development. The significance and purpose of this current research is to conduct a systematic analysis of the correlation between social entrepreneurship in an agenda of community enhancement involving; economic growth, social welfare, infrastructure growth, social inclusion and environmental regeneration. The surveys were carried out in a community sample across Pakistan to measure the number and operations of identified social enterprises. The findings affirm positive and statistically significant relationship between SE and PD and hence the show that SE can be a powerful tool for change in the society. Therefore, this research fills the knowledge gap in regard to community development through social enterprises and made the following policy implications to promote social entrepreneurship in Pakistan.
This research investigated the association between performance appraisal, employee promotion job ... more This research investigated the association between performance appraisal, employee promotion job satisfaction with employee performance in the banking sector of Pakistan. The SEM analysis approach was utilized in Smart PLs on 280 samples of bank officers. It has been revealed by the results that performance appraisal has a constructive relationship with employee promotion, satisfaction, and performance. Moreover, rewards and appreciations are not based on the number of tasks or workload. Additionally, research explicated and expressed the worthiness of human resource practices from the perspective of the private banking sector of Pakistan. The research implications suggest that authorities of private banks must pay significant attention to recognition and reward practices as workers expecting rewards accordingly to their efforts.

It showed that the degree to which organizations are committed to sustainable supply chain management affects the level of commitment to sustainable reverse logistics and subsequent operational performance. The findings revealed that sustainable reverse logistics capabilities have a significant mediating effect on the relationship between commitment to sustainability and operational performance within the petrochemical industry in Pakistan. Sustainable reverse logistics capabilities help increase the benefits of the commitment to sustainability and enhance the performance of the industry overall. By increasing their commitment to sustainability, organizations within the petrochemical industry of Pakistan can benefit from the positive effect of sustainable reverse logistics capabilities and consequently improve their operational performance. The findings indicate that organizations engaged in sustainable supply chain management must be aware of the importance of sustainable reverse logistics capabilities and take appropriate steps to maximize efficiencies during the reverse logistics process. This study provides guidelines that would enable petrochemical firms to become more environmentally conscious which may result in improved performance. However, it should be noted that the scope of the study was limited due to geographical and technological constraints, as well as restrictions in the sample size, and may not be generalizable to other industries.

This study focuses on looking at how different aspects, such as economic gain, ease of use, trans... more This study focuses on looking at how different aspects, such as economic gain, ease of use, transaction process, social media, and social encouragement, can affect how beneficial entrepreneurs consider crowdfunding platforms to be. This study used a questionnaire with a sample size of 180 entrepreneurs from Pakistan to examine the relationship between the Intention to use Crowdfunding and various factors such as gender. A convenience sampling technique with linear regression analysis was utilized to test the hypotheses with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of the study revealed that all the direct relationships had a significant impact on the Intention to use Crowdfunding. The findings and implications of the study were discussed in detail.

Here, transactions are carried out honestly, without the use of riba, and with an emphasis on furthering Islamic economic goals and objectives. On the other hand, conventional banks follow regulations that were created by humans, with the set interest rate acting as the primary activity. This research analyses the performance of Islamic and conventional banks in Pakistan from 2020 to 2022. The performance of two conventional banks (MCB and HBL) and two Islamic banks (Meezan and Dubai Islamic) in Pakistan from 2020 to 2022 will be examined and assessed in this study. Financial ratio analysis for liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity analysis of the designated institutions from both categories were performed to evaluate total performance. According to the findings, conventional banks in Pakistan would be more profitable than Islamic banks from 2020 to 2022. In the remaining ratios of current, cash, debt to asset, and asset turnover, Islamic banks outperform conventional banks in Pakistan.

This study demonstrates the link between customer satisfaction and consumer behavior regarding bank choosing factors. Data was gathered for this purpose from a sample of 200 customers at various Islamic banks in Hyderabad using a standardized questionnaire with 30 questions. Data analysis has been conducted using SPSS 17. Customer satisfaction somewhat mediates the relationship between independent factors and dependent variables, according to the findings, which demonstrate positive and substantial correlations between all variables. We draw the conclusion that customers are particularly loyal to Islamic banks and that customer satisfaction is always rising.

In order to carry out this investigation, the participants which were targeted for data collection were quite familiar to and practice IWE at work. PLS SEM practices were applied on 228 cases for testing of hypotheses formulated in conceptual model. The findings demonstrate IWE as major predictor of satisfaction, commitment and performance. Employees practicing IWE seemed to have stability and longevity with the organization which indicates lesser employee quitting. Furthermore, hypothetical and managerial implications of the study are discussed.
