The predominant threat and security challenges are from un-abated attacks on Nigerian citizens, individuals, public and governmental installations, kidnapping and destruction of properties. All these effects of terrorist activities are a serious crime against the Nigerian state, which has threatened its national security and socioeconomic activities. Using the principles of frustration-aggression theory by John Dollard, this paper examines several factors that can help in the explanations of the relationship between Terrorism and the psychological consequences it imposes on the citizens. It also analyzes the implication of terrorism from the economic perspective. This paper observes that there is a negative relationship between terrorism and economic development. It recommends that government should take the business of addressing socio economic issues that the terrorist capitalized on to perpetrate such mayhem as priority in its agenda.

The consumer is the most elemental basis for any business organization and the economy; hence, their core behaviour is also of great significance for a successful economy and financial affluence. Different factors are responsible for the behavior of consumers within the Nigerian economy towards making investment decisions. These factors can be grouped into marketing/entrepreneur factors, business environmental factors, and psychological factors and consumers' personal factors. These factors are based on different theories of consumer behavior that can be broadly categorized as unplanned consumer behavior theories (i.e. emotional-based theories) and planned consumer behavior theories (i.e. rational-based theories). This study finds out those factors of consumer behaviour that influence investment decisions which subsequently create jobs and improve consumer disposable income that can be invested for national transformation.

The participants are drawn from four organizations; They participants have a mean age of 30.97 and S.D of 3.76. The results of the data were analyzed using the Pearson's correlation coefficient and ANOVA statistics. Results obtained for the correlation statistics are 0.99 and 0.993. This shows a strong and positive correlation between the variables, motivation (reward) and performance. The ANOVA F-ratio result is 2.61 and 13.0.This result obtained are significant at p=0.05. Based on this finding, we may therefore conclude that adequate reward in the form of rewards an incentive will lead to better performance when used in motivating workers in and organization.
