These models are used to assess the maturity of an organization and to ensure its efficiency and uniformity in delivering projects. In addition, these models are used to further improve the performance of the organization. The objectives of this study are to determine the degree to which project management knowledge areas have been adopted by one public agency in terms of project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communication, risk, and procurement and to assess the current maturity level of project management as perceived by project managers. A total of 65 project managers and project team members were selected as respondents for the study. Descriptive analysis was applied to answer the research questions and objectives. The study revealed that almost 90% of the respondents felt that understanding the nine project management knowledge areas was important when managing projects. The overall maturity level of the agency was rated as level 2. To maintain sustainability, the case agency has to shift upward from level 2 to level 3 of the project management maturity level.

Drawing upon the extended model of IT continuance and theory of information overload as a theoretical foundation, the aim of this study is to examine consumer satisfaction, continuous intention, and behavior toward apps shopping. A total of 347 valid questionnaires were collected from experienced consumers with app stores to statistically test the theoretical model using the partial least squares path modelling approach, a structural equation modelling technique. The results show that apps self-efficacy, post-usage usefulness, disconfirmation, facilitating conditions, perceived information overload, apps satisfaction, and apps continuance intention can be used to predict and explain 75.7% of variance in consumer’s continuance behavior in using app stores. The negative and positive causal relationship between constructs, managerial implications, and limitations are discussed.

In this context, this paper aims to further extend the BOS formulation process by introducing quantitative approach to substantiate the validity of key competing factors in the strategy canvas to strengthen its theoretical construct. The paper begins by highlighting the background and research questions of this study, followed by a brief review on the concept of BOS and its analytical tools as well as the related research problems and issues. Subsequently, focus group and policy Delphi were introduced to incorporate into the BOS formulation process and a conceptual model is proposed to address the questions raised earlier. Finally, it is concluded with a proposed conceptual model and the future research avenue.

Downloaders are considered as both consumers and users who pursue hedonic as well as utilitarian purposes. The behavioural intention of downloaders are assessed from a value maximization perspective where, based on economic theories, an individual's goal is to maximize utility or satisfaction. A synthesis of previous literature demonstrated that factors influencing consumers' intention to download a mobile-game application fall into two main categories including: Extrinsic/Utilitarian and Intrinsic/Hedonic determinants. Accordingly, a conceptual framework is presented where the relationships and their direction are formulated. In real situations, developers of mobile-game applications must better understand and identify motives/determinants which influence individual's behavioural intention to download. This study focuses on user and consumer variables which represents individual's values. The framework of this study is expected to explain how different motives/determinants are related and are influential in determining downloader behaviours.
